Best Plumbing Leak Detection in San Antonio TX

I called George Plumbing at just after noon and Ellie told me that they had a master plumber they could send out between 2-4pm that day!Austin and Dan showed up at about 3:00 after I received a courtesy call from George Plumbing that they were on the way.When they arrived I showed them where water was leaking from the garage ceiling under the laundry room. I told them I thought it was a ripped copper pipe or that a fitting had come loose.They checked the laundry room first for a cursory look to ensure the leak wasn’t in there, and it wasn’t.We went back into the garage and Austin used a ladder to view the leak after Dan turned the water on.Austin found the leak IMMEDIATELY! It wasn’t a pipe leak at all but rather the Thermal Expansion Tank on top of the water heater had a pinhole size leak in it so when it was leaking it was spraying the ceiling giving the appearance that it was coming from the ceiling.I was so happy he found that pinhole as it negated very expensive repairs.Austin and Dan are very professional and know their trade, and are very personable.I would have them back in a heartbeat and can highly recommend George Plumbing.Thank You George Plumbing for making my day!

We had Chambliss Plumbing come and install a new water heater ours was and the Technician Devin was so awesome and very knowledgeable and very kind making the experience the best we have ever had. Price was very reasonable will use them forever.

Tony came out and installed a water softener. He was professional and friendly. Tony responded quickly to my inquiries and pricing was fair. Would definitely use this company again in the future.

Called BlueFrog on 7/31/2021 at 12am. A pipe had busted in my business's wall. The receptionist stated they had availability within the next 1 to 2 hours. I gave her my companies credit card information and agreed to a $200.00 trip charge.No one came out. At 2:03am, I called the 24 hour number and it went to voicemail. I left a voicemail and did not receive a call back.It sounded like the receptionist was at a party as I could hear loud music in the background and people talking.We had a different plumber come out and fix our issue.

I can honestly say hands down one of the best plumbing companies out there!!! Adam the service tech was honest and upfront about bigger issues we have. I have found our go to company for our plumbing issues. Thank you guys for a job well done.

This company went above and beyond! We had a pipe bust in one of our rental properties . The Technician offered to talk to my tenant on the phone to get the water shut off immediately. They were able to get a Technician out before the scheduled time that same day. They were Courteous and prompt. I will definitely be using them as my number one company for our repairs in the future. I had a major problem. I was outputting 23% more water per hour than normal and had a $200 water bill. I had a leak...somewhere. It’s just me and I usually have bills under $100. I called a couple of companies, not very customer friendly to say the least then I started look for plumbers by their reviews. Red Brass had a solid 5 star review record so I called. I got in touch with Mitch. He said he could be there by 7 and he was. This leak was not obvious. There was nothing in the house that would indicate there was a leak. He looked absolutely everywhere. Isolated all of the water lines. He is by far the best at what he does. But what I want to highlight here is this. He said to me “nobody ever wakes up thinking they want to call a plumber.” It’s true. Of everything that goes wrong, you think of your pipes last because we all think those are solid and nothing can go wrong there. He is a person, not just a company. He understood my financial situation and his willingness and persistence to go out of his way to find and almost impossible leak amazed me. Not many people would go out of their way to help like he did. Not only would I recommend him and this company, I will be using them for all of my plumbing needs. Indoor and out.

So I've used Will's All Pro for about 3 years. They have regularly serviced my unit and I have been happy to use them for my home up until today. I'm selling my home and a licensed home inspector said that all that needed to be done was to clean the air condenser coils in order to sell my home under my current contract. I quickly called Will's and asked for a quote to clean the coils. They said they needed to charge me a 69 dollar fee just to go out and see what I need. I told them that is unnecessary because I know exactly what I need as it was stated by the inspector. I asked for a simple quote, I just need the coils cleaned. They put me on hold to talk to a supervisor since I said I would shop elsewhere if they didn't just give me a quote for a straight forward job. When the supervisor got on the phone they said to answer a call to a home for inspection repairs the fee would be $199 before they could verify what needed to be done. So that's how a 3 year returning customer is treated! After I've used them for service on a rolling basis they can't even give me a quote for a straight forward job. Now I'm shopping from out of state and other AC companies are giving me quotes because I have an exact description of what needs to be done. This company charges ridiculous service fees to faithful customers to pad their wallets when the job needed to be done has been defined. I give them 2 stars because their service up to this point has been great, punctual, and professional. But today I felt like they were one of those companies who only give the best service to new customers and not faithful ones. Sorry Will's All Pro, you've lost my business forever.

First time using this company. My service technician was William, he was easy to talk to and provided great feedback and customer service. You can count on these guys to solve the problem pretty quickly and at a fair price. I definitely recommend.

Chris and Gilbert showed up to take a look at an issue that I was having and were able to show up about an hour and a half earlier than the scheduled time which was fantastic. They were able to identify the issue along with the corrective actions and even took a look at the other toilets in the house to make sure there were no other issues that could happen. The total job was finished within half and hour and they cleaned up after themselves and were on their way. They were extremely polite and professional and I would highly recommend them to any friends and family in the future.

A bad day turned good thanks to Austin. Extremely professional and gave me options and what to expect with each choice. Explained everything he was doing and helped me understand why he was doing it. I would 100% recommend Austin and his team at Premier Plumbing, so much so that work we’re getting ready to do at our new home is going to them!

It came out gave me a good estimate pretty fair still way in the pros and cons outside that very professional courteous it's a competitive system

OMG, Fernando was super informative, understanding and helpful. My wife and I was having a hellish time dealing with our Warranty company and they company they serviced to come to our home and fix our plumbing issues. The first company they sent out was so bad, that they had to recommend Ambition, but out of nowhere they cancelled the service call for Ambition to come out. Ambition, still came and did awesome work. Their prices were awesome, I can't think Fernando and ambition enough for the quality of service they provided.

i paid 4m to fix leak, now almost a month later,leak reappeared. called and they said they would send plumber at 3pm, it's already 4pm and no one showed, no answer, no response to texts, and no follow up. totally unacceptable will not deal with again!!! water still leaking! totally unreliable and waste of money. stay away from 4M, you've been warned.

The AC thermostat replacement was schefter the next day and the job was performed very professionally. Price was very reasonable!
