Hey guys, Mike was my technician. He was honest, sympathetic to my issues, and was dependable. He knew what I needed. I had called a few other plumbers before going with Wills and honestly it was because of Mike. He came over to my house to look at my leaky shower and the leaking toilet I had. He had a positive attitude and not once did I see him frown. I think it's someone's energy and how they treat your family that also makes the service great. Mike, you felt like part of my family. Thank you for taking care of our plumbing issues like it was your own. If I ever need anything else you will be the first that I call.

Super nice and friendly

Professional and extremely helpful. They also help in staying safe by wearing masks at all times in your home. We have used them on a couple projects. Plumbing for a shower/tub conversion to a large walk in shower also a water filtration system. We will be using them again.

My experience working with Rafaela and Luis was exceptional! They explained everything necessary throughout the whole process!

2 employees showed up, used my tools to cut pipe, which I had already cut the dry wall, spend 20 minutes to cap pipe and charged $403. This was during the freeze. Talk about price gouging!!!!!! Do not recommend then and will not use then in the future

I had a plumbing EMERGENCY! The water line supplying the toilet has a valve you can use to turn water on or off. Ours completely busted which resulted in water bursting into the bathroom at full force. I needed someone to fix it fast (even though I did manage to twist the main supply off) and Guarantee Plumbing is approx. one block away. The guys came right away, installed a brand new valve, and some other device in the tank. I was so relieved!And, the total cost was absolutely reasonable $2XX.00 ... two hundred and something...but not too bad at all since I was guessing it would have cost over 3.Whew
