Luckily, they answered my call within minutes and by the next day I received a called letting me know that they would be able to go out to my house earlier. When they walked in and were able to give me my estimate and ONLY for what I have asked for. Upselling is a complete turn down this company does not upsell you they get to the point of your request! Will use them again HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Same day service. I was quoted a price over the phone. After the technical arrived he said there was no need to replace everything in the toilet tank. Therefore I paid about 1/4 of the price I was expecting to pay.

Really like this company! Excellent service from start to finish. The technician showed up as scheduled and got us fixed up. I was charged fairly and I appreciated receiving a text including a photo verifying who would be coming to my home for the repair. Definitely will call for my future plumbing needs.

Service technician was kind and knowledgeable. But I feel that being charged full price for a “repair” that didn’t fix my issue with my water heater isn’t right.

Replaced my water cutoff valve next to water meter. Techs were both very responsive and explained step by step on the repair needed. Chris was professional as well as helper I believe his name was Joseph. They were very timely in the repair.

First time experience with this business. Called about a leak at the shut off valve. Came out that day to give a free estimate. Gave me 3 options for fixing the problem. The estimate was in writing and once I decided which option to go with I was called the next day and the work was done. Angel and Jon Jon the crew that came to do the work were very thorough in explaining the work to be done. Did a great job and left the job site back to normal. Payment was easy. They accept cash, check and major credit cards.

Edward responded to my resident's issue promptly and with the utmost professionalism. I will go to Tietze first for my property's future plumbing needs.EDIT: Edward is still a great tech, but the behavior I have seen from Tietze recently shows a completely unprofessional lack of care toward customer issues, and I am surprised that, given the experience at my property, that they have been so unwilling to even discuss it with me. I have documented seven separate attempts to contact a member of the management team, but I have been brushed off each time and entirely ignored. My resident was left with her unit covered in fecal matter because of their technician's self admitted inability to properly address the issue after two visits, for which we were charged a full rate, even after the very same technician broke an additional pipe and exacerbated the issue. Incompetence should not be invoiced. Please fix it.2nd EDIT: After speaking with Pat and explaining the situation, she has helped resolve this issue in a manner professional, courteous, and understanding. The only reason I cannot go back to a 5 star review is because it took so many attempts and such effort to even find someone willing to talk to me. That said, I can once again highly recommend Tietze. For plumbing issues, it is Edward; for customer service, it is Pat.

We had Immediate Response Plumbing and Rooter service come out and they could not fix our leak basically didn't want to do the work and tried to get over on us. I called American Homshield and they had Ambition Plumbing and Drain Services come out and Jessica and Fernando were so helpful in getting this taken care of! Matter of fact I was scheduled for service for the next day and I received a call back the same night saying Fernando was actually on his way! I am so thankful for both of them! Great customer service, fast response, quality work!!!!Thank you so much Jessica and Fernando yall are life savers! I highly recommend them!!!!! You will not be disappointed!!!

Our water heater broke while having family in town over Christmas and A&M Plumbing was dispatched from our home warranty. Marc came out and communicated with the manufacture and the warranty to get the parts ASAP and after 2 days we had the parts and they came out to installed it. We are happy with the install and the prompt service we got from them.Definitely recommend this company to anyone who need plumbing service. Super friendly staff with outstanding results.

Water softener started leaking all over garage after freeze. James showed up and fixed it quick. Softener was installed from Caliente in 2016, still under warranty. James is great he has helped us with a few things over the years.
