We bought some new appliances and needed the dishwasher to be installed and a gas connection repaired so we could install the new stove. Richard came out and got everything done for us and he went above and beyond to make sure that everything was working before he finished. This is the second time Richard has serviced our home and he is fantastic! We were really happy that he was able to come out again for this new issue because he already knew us and our home. We will definitely be requesting him for any new plumbing issues we might have in the future because we know he will get the job done quickly and correctly, and he’ll do it with a smile. It was 6:30pm on a Friday night and we had a pipe leaking behind our wall and had to cut off water to the whole house to stop it. I tried calling other plumbers who either didn’t answer or told me they could come out on Tuesday. I called Ambition Plumbing and they told me they would be at my house in about two hours. Fernando was prompt, knowledgeable, and worked quickly. He not only fixed our pipe but gave us a run down of how to proceed with our house insurance. I don’t know how to do this kind of stuff, who really does? But Fernando was kind enough to explain and recommend someone to help with our insurance.

They work closely with the home warranty companies (AHS in this case). Typical covered damages are diagnosed as “normal wear” or “unique” faults that exclude them from coverage. Newly installed fixture breaks and gets labeled “normal wear”. Greased palms by AHS and other slimeball companies designed to never pay out. $500 for chewing gum temp solution and no follow up. Keep looking if you have an emergency.

Excellent service in fact incredible. Called them at 10:30 am on Mothers Day and in an hour they arrived on site and within 2 hours removed old water heater and had an mew on installed. Reasonably priced, very professional and friendly. Highly recommend this company if you need a water heater replaced. Fantastic experience.
