Amazing service. Had a spicket burst on me. Water was gushing everywhere. Couldn't shut off the water to my entire house due to its age. Owner came and found a way to shut it off personally. Technician came and fixed the spicket free of charge since it was a cap job. Thoroughly impressed and would recommend the service to anybody. Top-notch quality service.

Very affable and personable company to deal with. From the outset, you get a feeling of family owned, small business, who are in your corner. There's no upselling from the first person on the phone or whoever's coming for the call. They are forthright with pricing and what needs to be done. Probably because, they get paid hourly and not commission basis. Raul is new with the company but he's experienced in this area and has seen and done enough to clearly anticipate the problem and later prove it with clear evidence. He knew what will need to be done and was very confident. He provided options with pros and con so that I could make a decision I was happy with. Jon Jon accompanied Raul with the diagnostics and he was very polite making a quick job of the whole process.I'm very pleased to have made this acquaintance and hopeful that my job will be completed satisfactorily. Sewage blockage and main line problems are always stressful but they made it less stressful with a clear understanding of the problem and providing clear solution.Update: Their estimate quote was the priciest. Plus, when they ran the camera into the pipes, which I paid good money for, they only looked at one leak and stopped. Turned out there was another break. Taking couple of stars for that. Disappointed with it.

When our water heater unexpectedly broke down, I called around for a replacement and found that Rick and this company were not only considerably less expensive, they were offering me the same equipment with a parts and labor guarantee others wouldn't. He was very polite and answered all my questions (and calls ) and was prompt. Our tenants, the ones who received the water heater, were very happy with him and said that they have no issues whatsoever!! I'm happy to use a local, great reviews, great service plummer. So far so good!!!!

Because of the great Texas freeze this week we had a pipe burst in our wall on Monday. We were able to call Alamo plumbing solutions on Friday and Santiago came out the very next day. he and his partner were both very kind, extremely knowledgeable and professional and were able to get our pipe fixed and water restored in under 2 hours!!! i will HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company and Santiago personally. i will now request them specifically for all of my future plumbing needs!

During recent storm, needed copper elbow repaired...had couple plumbering companies fall through due to improper equipment and supplies, lack of knowledge or unavailability, no water for 6 days...while a neighbor was helping to repair the elbow they reached out to me at noon today to see if I still needed their services, had plumber available same day and fixed right away...they were prompt, professional, efficient, had right equipment and got my water running! Most definitely recommend them...will be using their services in the future...

AAA Auger was professional and friendly from the moment we called them. Virgil was the plumber who was dispatched to our home to fix our leak. He was able to answer all of my questions and thoroughly explained everything he did. He was professional, very respectful, and did an excellent job. We had a leaking hot water heater on Saturday afternoon. They came out that day and started work to replace the old one with new. Finished up the work on Sunday. Great service and excellent job.

Very happy so far with Air Today. With the exception of proper clean up after UV light installation. Vacuuming and debris removal not what I expected.

The technician Adam P was very professional and knowledgeable while he replaced my broken PRV. He got it done quick and also helped with my sink issues as well! Very satisfied!
