Doug and Lee were both responsible for disconnecting and reconnecting our water, garbage disposal, and under sink water filtration lines before and after the countertops, sink, and faucets were replaced. Additionally, Lee replaced a faulty connection that prevented our new dishwasher from being installed the day before. We could have had the plumber provided by Home Depot do the repair free of charge, but opted to have Lee do the job. I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing, I had a broken pipe in my yard and it was expertly taken care of with the plumbers taking extra care to not track mud in my home by using shoe covers and their Mr. Rooter door mat. I was so impressed with the service that I purchased the Advantage Plan which gave me an instant discount along with discounts in the future, preferential scheduling and a free annual water heater flush. Mr. Rooter was wonderful, which is not an easy thing to find these days!

Please know that this is not my first review of1st Call Plumbing. I have consistently called on this company for different plumbing services because they are SUPERB!I called on them this time to do a water heater flush, and repair a bathroom sink drain.First of all, they make it super easy to make the appointment online, and they respond almost immediately.I was also concerned with the water pressure in the house, and they did a thorough job inspecting all possibilities. As it turns out there was nothing wrong with the house, but more of an issue on how SAWS regulates the water pressure in my area.The technician assigned to me was Jonathan Peña and he was super professional and honest.I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again.

I just had Javier come over to do a clean and inspection on my heating/cooling unit. I was very impressed with his knowledge of my system and how he explained what he was doing and what I should be done in the future. I have never had an ac tech person explain in detail what my thermostat is capable of doing and how it would help heat and cool my a house in a more efficient way. All I can say is that we will definitely use All pro from here on out. This is what service is suppose be like and I will let my friends know what a great job he did. I have used Rockstar Plumbing several times for services as simple as a toilet clog and removing/installing a toilet to serious issues like broken pipes causing major leaks. Joe and David are always extremely professional, prompt and friendly. They do an excellent job, they work with a clear sense of purpose, they leave the work site clean and they take time to explain and show you what the issue is and what needs to be done to correct it. I will not use any other plumbing company after the consistent 5 star service the guys at Rockstar Plumbing provide and I can't recommend them enough!

David and his helper were professionals when replacing shower valve.

The entirety of the team was super courteous. I understand that the industry has been super saturated due to the issues caused by the winter storm, but everyone one was extremely patient with us and answered all of our questions. As someone that works retail I appreciate the focus on the customer.

Fernando Favela was extremely responsive and communicative prior to coming out to our property. He explained our issue in a very easy to understand manner and corrected it promptly. He also demonstrated care for our safety by using masks, gloves, shoe covers. Further, the transaction and receipt process was something I’d like to call out, we received text appointment reminders, pictures of Fernando prior to arrival, detailed receipts. Highly recommend.

i paid 4m to fix leak, now almost a month later,leak reappeared. called and they said they would send plumber at 3pm, it's already 4pm and no one showed, no answer, no response to texts, and no follow up. totally unacceptable will not deal with again!!! water still leaking! totally unreliable and waste of money. stay away from 4M, you've been warned.

2nd time using big city plumbing, recommend originally from a friend. I had a mushy wall in the bathroom and wet spots all over the house. I was very concerned it was multiple issue, Homer came out and was able to discover the issue fairly quickly that it all stemmed from the shower leaking on inside of the wall. He replaced the shower head and cartridge and installed a new toilet for me. These plumbers and big city plumbing are working their tails off to take care of their customers, Homer came out at 6pm with a smile under his mask (i could see through it) and was super helpful and gave me a full run down of costs and fees. Nothing hidden no extra charges in the end, highly recommend this company for any plumbing issues!!!

Steve was on time and very knowledgeable about his work. He replaced the kitchen faucet in a short time and restore water service to that outlet better than it was before the problem started. The water pressure is so much better now and we will definitely keep 210 Plumber on our list for reliable, friendly and expert service.
