We are very happy with the professionalism and quality of work that we received. We had an emergency back up in our sewer pipes. They were here in about an hour. They also sent a picture of their technician with a text confirming that he was on the way. I love this extra effort that they take to keep us safe.He found and fixed the problem pretty Quickly. I was impressed with the camera system and the fact that we could see all the way down our pipes. Ronnie was very professional and informative. We will definitely use them again if we ever have a Plumbing issue.

Do not use this company. Happy to take your money for a new unit and install it that day. It doesn’t function as it’s meant to. They send a tech out hours later to the call who was “the closest” and didn’t know how to fix it. Kept giving excuses about the outside temp is the issue. But I’d believe that if our other unit THEY INSTALLED was doing the same. But guess what it is working fine. He leaves telling us to push the unit to its max as we have a warranty, it did nothing. We called to get someone out here and fix it as the whole house down stairs is freezing. And the Manger (who is in Arizona not Texas) tells us he won’t get someone out as they are “busy”. Again the other unit is working fine and the rest of our family who live in the same area have no issues with their units “because of weather” !! Teary just didn’t want to honour customer service and satisfaction on their dime when the unit was only put in a month ago. Faulty products, money theft, and no after care.

Frank and his team came out and check on some historic water stains that were flagged on our house inspection. It took 20 minutes to perform the hydrostatic pressure test and I now have proof that there are no active leaks. Saved us time and money by not having to cut into the ceiling.I will definitely be recommending Roadrunner plumbing to people I like, and that Axxx company to those I don't.

Support your local business. These guys are good people. I had them bail me out of a situation last week and I'm a plumbing contractor. They really are Rockstars.

City Base was quick and responsive when we called. When David arrived (exactly at the start of the repair window), he clearly explained the options I had for repair and the cost of each choice. He set straight to work to get it fixed and showed me the repair when completed. I really appreciate his hard work and honesty. 10/10

This company was hired by my homeowner's insurance (American Home Shield) and I know that there is definitely something up with both. I already dropped AHS and moved to another homeowner's company, and would NEVER hire A&M. The customer service is trash. The technician I had was unprofessional and didn't care about my problem; didn't fix it either. AHS didn't hold them accountable. I dropped them both and went over to John Wayne and the difference is night and day.

The guys did an amazing job of explaining and pinpointing the water issue. I appreciate their professionalism and expertise!! Would definitely call them for any issues in the future!!
