Great service. Clay was extremely helpful to me over the phone and Doug was the one that came out to our house. Both guys are class acts and take pride in what they do. I bought a new water softener from them they also replaced the old hose bibs outside.I shopped around and their pricing was fair. I highly recommend them.

I was moving into a property and had old, corroded plumbing much that was overlooked or missed by the inspector. I called Mr Rooter and they sent Peter Smith to the property. He was prompt, professional and thorough. Peter noted things that weren't code and connections that had sloppy repair. He explained everything to me and gave me approximate cost as he was working through it all. Equally important was the communication with the office (Amanda). She is polite and professional and always gave me a status update. I'm particular about workmanship, professionalism and communication, and for those reasons I will continue calling on Mr Rooter for my plumbing needs. They are exceptional!

We had a gentleman by the name of Chris that came and helped us today. He was very helpful, he gave us useful information to help maintain our units.

Mitch was awesome from the second he came in he took care of everything quickly and was honest about what needed to be done to solve our problem. Service date was August 25, 2020. Appointment was made from one day to the next. Our service person was Aaron Taylor. He did an outstanding job and saved us over $2,500.00, by providing a thorough complimentary camera inspection of our main sewer line from the outside (no mess inside), in order to provide us with an accurate estimate and diagnosis. I had a previous company come in, where they wrongly diagnosed roots in the pipes and that they would have to dig underneath our home from the outside to get to the toilet pipe and replace it. Upon the camera inspection, which Aaron shared with me and after talking to his Manager, Jake, they recommended we do a hydroscrub to clean and clear the clog, which was found through the main sewer line. As soon as that was done, our toilet flushed normal again and there was no issue with roots that they could see. Needless to say, we were relieved and grateful that we got a second opinion and that we found a company with the right equipment and knowledgeable staff, who wanted to do the job right at a fair price. Based on all of the above, I would highly recommend them and will certainly call them again. P.S. They follow all safety protocols.

The gentleman came and took care of my house’s emergency due to the bad weather. They were able to restore toilet to good working condition. Also, they replaced my water heater but before that they helped replace the old water heater I felt very confident and trust the gentleman because I felt the gentle we’re helping me and not taking advantage of a senior citizen. He explained everything step by step and made sure I understood everything the whole way through

I called Tietze to come examine my water pressure because my tankless water heater was not producing enough hot water. After an examination they determined my water pressure was at -50psi. I asked them to call the manufacturer, which they did, and the tietze tech was told the recommended pressure should be -80psi. When presented with a quote to complete the work i was in total shock -$800! They recommended that i replace the PRV which included trenching and a new line etc. my house is only 3 yrs olds mind you. I called my builder and he told me to grab a pressure gage attach it to the water line outside and adjust the pressure by turning the screw on the existing PRV clockwise. I now have accurate water pressure and it didn’t cost me $800 only a $49 appointment fee (smh). Completely disappointed in this company and hope anyone who uses them does their homework ahead of time or find a different more trustworthy company entirely. Next step is the BBB.

A&M Plumbing installed a new kitchen faucet for us. Within 3 month, all faucet attachments became loose. In speaking with the owner, Mark, he was unwilling to back up their work. They required a new work to come and tighten the attachments they installed. I do not recommend this company, as their work is not guaranteed.

The repairs and the repairman were great. I would not hesitate to recommend 4M to friends and family.

Their estimates are a little strange - looked like they make up prices as they go along. Was supposed to have a camera go through my sewer line to see if there was clog which cost $200/hr. They didn’t do this and instead used a toilet auger to unclog the pipe which took about 20 minutes - price was still $200. They fixed the problem so no complaints on that.
