Best Outdoor Plumbing System Repair in San Antonio TX

First of all, i called for a water heater installation and they kept trying to up-sale me with more services. The receptionist was extremely rude. But the real problem was our plumbers assistant. He kept taking pictures of everything in our like as if pretending it was his house. He introduced himself as “Big Kahuna” even though he was only average sized. The worst part is, having cameras in our house we saw him open his lunchbox and pull out what looked to be a small rubber rear-end, put it in our microwave and take it to the restroom. Very unprofessional and we are mad. Who does that?

We have used Chambliss for at least 25 years. They have the best, most professional, staff. They have always gotten right to the problem, made repairs, cleaned up, charged me fairly.
I can’t imagine using another service.

I used their service over a year ago to help with a leaking garbage disposal. They were prompt, professional and timely. Replace the disposal and left me a business card. Fast forward to about a month ago, did a whole home remodel, the general contractor was taking their sweet time getting my new sink and disposal installed so I was STILL using the bathroom sink! Called, American Auger came out that week, hooked up the new single hole sink with my old disposal. Also installed a counter top button for my disposal and hooked up my new faucet!! I was ecstatic! He was very reasonably priced, timely and he cleaned up after himself which I only learned during this remodel that few do. Lastly I was told my water softener was “going out” but the general contractors plumber didn’t work on softeners, so tested my water, it was perfect. Explained why I was having the water pressure issue and why it wasn’t the softener, also explained the entire water testing process. Again, thorough, knowledgeable and professional! Cannot recommend enough!

I was sitting in my house, with all the water turned off, waiting for a plumber that I was told would be 3 to 5 hours away. JJ from 1st Plumbing was able to come to my house within 20 minutes and fix my shower valve. He was quick, thorough and cleaned up after the job. I would not hesitate to use first plumbing for my next plumbing need. Thank you JJ.

My water softener broke and the carbon and resin clogged my water lines to the house. Mitchdiagnosed the problem and was determined to get the job done! Other companies were called but he was the only one willing to understand my financial situation and did all he could to meet my financial needs. Not only did he get the job done but also saved me money! He is understanding and is willing to help out in anyway. Highly recommended!

I was impressed with the overall service, from customer rep Betty to the technician. You are texted a photo and short biography on the technician before arrival. My technician Roger was extremely polite and seemed to be very knowledgeable about my plumbing issue. He honored the price he quoted upon arrival, even though his company tablet was giving a higher price when he finished the job. His tablet was giving him connectivity issues so I had to complete the transaction over the phone with Terry. She charged me even less than Roger's original quote. I felt very comfortable with my overall experience with this company and even scheduled one of their AC techs to service my system soon.

David is truly a Rockstar! My elderly mother had a pipe burst due to the recent winter storm and was without water. After having another plumber no show I called Rockstar Plumbing and spoke to David. I explained the situation and he said he would be right over. I wasn't expectingthis as it was already late in the evening but when he learned she was without water he insisted he would be here asap. After identifying the problem he explained to me step by step of what he was going to do to make repair. David is very meticulous in his work, pays great attention to detail, and is very knowledgeable. Within a couple hours water was up and running. We definitely will be using Rockstar Plumbing for all our future plumbing needs. Thanks again David & Team!

Water Heater removal: Good job responding to problem, nice work with very old pipes, well prepared plumber , Johnathan, sent to tackle a family house. Measurements and prep. work make the difference. Supervisor and extra crew also showed up to help with shoring up water heater location. Had my water heater replaced by Rudy and Pedro. They were prompt, very professional, and did an excellent job with very high quality in their work. Next time I need the services of a plumber City Base will be the company I call.

Dustin Gutierrez Tech # 3381 arrived on time. He was professional and courteous. Explained what he was going to do. We discussed as work progressed and when he completed the job. We enjoyed Dustin as our tech. He did a great job.

Travis troubleshot the problem right away. Very knowledgeable, which enabled a speedy fix with no down time. Very nice and customer friendly! Will definitely use him again.

The service men did an exceptional job fixing the garbage disposal and was able to schedule us in quicker due to the emergency nature of our situation.If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!

Professional and on time

These guys went above and beyond. I wasn’t available to help with home’s plumbing issue so I left it up to my wife to deal with. After getting the run around with other companies, she made one last call. She went with Alamo Plumbing Solutions & made an excellent choice. It wasn’t as simple as installing a pressure reduction valve & replacing a hot water heater. There was much more involved. Trying to save a little money, she was having to remove a faulty unit, return to where it was purchased & get a replacement that the manufacturer made good on. After calling several companies & not one offered any solution other than buy one of their heaters. Most of the companies would not give her a quote over the phone. This would mean time she couldn’t afford having to meet with tech, after tech. The heater could “go”at any moment because of the high pressure & current leak. No time to sit through sales pitch...just need a quote.She made one last call & it was the best one.Santiago listened, discussed a solution (not SOLUTIONS), OFFERED to help make the exchange of faulty unit, set up for his crew to be at the house the next day, set up financing & most of all left her feeling respected & not “let me talk to your husband” mentality. In this world where you feel sometimes technicians are always “out to scam you”, that wasn’t the case here. All this was accomplished by phone mind you.Y’all did more than fix my plumbing, y’all made my wife’s life a lot less stressful.So I suppose this review is more of the human aspect of their service but just as important as the actual work performed.Thanks

I have used Will's Plumbing and Testing service on 3 occasions and they have always performed magnificently. Alberto and his partner were very professional. Once again, these guys did their job and cleaned up after they were done. Kudos to Will's. Keep up the great work.
