I had a major problem. I was outputting 23% more water per hour than normal and had a $200 water bill. I had a leak...somewhere. It’s just me and I usually have bills under $100. I called a couple of companies, not very customer friendly to say the least then I started look for plumbers by their reviews. Red Brass had a solid 5 star review record so I called. I got in touch with Mitch. He said he could be there by 7 and he was. This leak was not obvious. There was nothing in the house that would indicate there was a leak. He looked absolutely everywhere. Isolated all of the water lines. He is by far the best at what he does. But what I want to highlight here is this. He said to me “nobody ever wakes up thinking they want to call a plumber.” It’s true. Of everything that goes wrong, you think of your pipes last because we all think those are solid and nothing can go wrong there. He is a person, not just a company. He understood my financial situation and his willingness and persistence to go out of his way to find and almost impossible leak amazed me. Not many people would go out of their way to help like he did. Not only would I recommend him and this company, I will be using them for all of my plumbing needs. Indoor and out.

Tsanko was amazing in diagnosing and fixing our water pressure regulator. We had the whole house shaking and could not find the source of the noise. He came out and evaluated everything and, once the problem was identified, gave me a fair estimate and scheduled the repair in a couple days. Day of the repair he was on time, courteous, and stuck exactly to his estimate. If you're in search of a trustworthy and reliable plumber, I'd say stop searching and give him a call!

James S. came out to replace a failed thermocouple. He was extremely patient and polite, when he first arrived I was not present, my girlfriend was and he spoke TO her instead of AT her. He explained everything so well to her, when I arrived she explained everything to me, I wish she listened to me that well! James went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of and he actually suggested a better repair for the same cost. As long as I’m in San Antonio I won’t call anyone else for plumbing work!

Our technician Joe was experienced and had knowledge to troubleshoot and correct problem. Alongside him was his apprentice. Joe was describing his actions and insured his apprentice understood. We had a leak at our house and I called and was able to get an appointment next day! Scott came to our house and was able to find the leak and get it repaired. I recommend obtaining multiple quotes if you have a major plumbing issue. Guarantee Plumbing charged me double the amount for a pipe camera inspection compared to two other reliable San Antonio plumbing companies. In addition, their quote to repair the major leak was over $3,000 more than the other two companies. If it is a large job, then certainly get multiple quotes.

Raul and another young man whom I did not get the name of, installed my water heater today. My water heater is not in a very convenient place, but they took it in stride and got the job done well. They were friendly, knowledgeable and I will definitely call them again if I need to!
