I probably could have figured out how to unclog the sink myself… but I needed someone to just come take care of it… and they did! On time, fast. No complaints

We discovered what looked like a foundation leak on Mon. morning. It was fixed by Mon. evening, without an after hours upcharge! Mr. Mitchell made the time to come out within a few hours of calling, and quickly assessed the issue. He quoted a fair estimate, sent two very nice and capable young men to make repairs. Within a span of a few hours, all work was professionally done, and they even cleaned up after themselves. It's not often you hear people talk about integrity, and doing the right thing by charging a pair price while they provide great service. You will if you hire Mr. Mitchell & crew. He is the needle in the haystack.

Awesome job.. Came same day.. told us what we needed and fixed within an hour or so. Very reasonable and will be using them in future! If you're in Stone Oak/Timberwood they are great!

A&M Plumbing was sent by American Home Shield to service the shower drain. Water was backing up. Romeo and Pedro used their auger to remove the clog and any debris from the pipes. They did a thorough job and spent a good amount of time of cleaning out the drain. They also inspected the bathroom sink and cleaned it out as well. Both techs were very professional and knowledgeable in their field of work. Highly recommend and will reuse.

Daniel was sensational! Had no hot water and after trying the self fix options, finally gave up and called the emergency number. Within minutes I received a call back and he was able to fix the issue with the upmost professionalism and an amazing attitude. Answered every question I had regarding the why behind the issue, educated me about water heater maintenance, and even got a quote for a softener! Efficient, professional and friendly

I had a plumbing EMERGENCY! The water line supplying the toilet has a valve you can use to turn water on or off. Ours completely busted which resulted in water bursting into the bathroom at full force. I needed someone to fix it fast (even though I did manage to twist the main supply off) and Guarantee Plumbing is approx. one block away. The guys came right away, installed a brand new valve, and some other device in the tank. I was so relieved!And, the total cost was absolutely reasonable $2XX.00 ... two hundred and something...but not too bad at all since I was guessing it would have cost over 3.Whew

Service was just what I expected. No complaints. I would recommend.

Technician Diego did an excellent job, both with the care and craftsmanship of his work AND his courtesy in explaining everything he did. We've been taking ALL of our HVAC work to Comfort Air for over 20 years now. Less than two yrs ago, that relationship also included the purchase/installation of a completely new Carrier Infinity system along with an upstairs HVAC system AND a ductless mini-split unit in a special room (3 units in total). There's a reason why we've been so loyal: Comfort Air just takes care of its business they you want them to, with class and professionalism.

Pedro came out same day to fix a water leak, which I appreciated. He was very friendly and a pleasure to work with. He was literally in and out in under 30 minutes. I am giving 4 stars because I was billed for 2 hours of labor ($190), which I learned later is their minimum. He gave a small discount when I argued the point, but I think it’s important to be upfront about things like minimum charges.

Josue was off and still came by my house after a mix up with scheduling. Helped my set up the app and made sure everything was working smoothly. Great service.Goettl professional came on time and was very friendly. I could understand everything he was telling me about my system. He explained what had failed and why. Told me my price and quickly fixes my issue. I thought it was something completely different. He didn’t mind me standing by watching. I was curious. So happy with this Co. Am a happy member now. Worth the service for sure.

This plumbing company has solved over a dozen problems for me over the years in both my home and rental properties. They're the kind of guys that aren't afraid to belly crawl 40 feet to find a potential leak. I highly recommend them for any of your plumbing woes.
