Called them out for low water pressure. Turns out that there was nothing wrong with my pressure, my faucet was just clogged with gunk and I had a faulty gauge making me think that my pressure was low. They cleaned it and did not charge me for the call. I had used them before with great service and it paid off to use them again. I will sure call them again if I need a plumber.

What an AMAZING experience with Mr. Rooter!!! I called them on Tuesday afternoon, and they were able to get someone out to my house by 9am the next morning (right on time with their estimated time of arrival) to give a FREE estimate! Once the gentleman, Adam, got to my house, he was very friendly, informative & helpful. He was able to assess the problem and give me an estimate within minutes. The best part of all, they were able to replace my hot water heater THAT DAY! An additional gentleman, Reno, arrived with the new water heater less than an hour later and they began working. I had hot water again within hours, which was a must, because I had renters coming in town that Friday. They were also able to give me an exceptional warranty that gave me peace of mind. The entire experience was truly first-class all the way. We all know it can be tough to find a company you can trust when it comes to household repairs/service, but I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone looking for a prompt, honest & efficient plumbing company. The person who answered the phone was very polite.they gave me an estimated time for my appointment and called when they were 30 minutes out. They figured out the issue and since it only required plunging they didn’t charge me! They even tested the water for free. Excellent service, I will definitely use them again.

I called Will's because my main sink drain was clogged. The responder showed up 2 hours late, then proceeded to try and pitch a 425$ Band-Aid subscription service. That was the cheapest option. I expressed my displeasure and after convincing his manager via phone call, the price was lowered to 350. I once again expressed displeasure and the price was lowered to 250. I decided to not try and argue anymore and simply asked the responder to leave. This business uses an insidious and malicious model that preys on the elderly, ill-informed and disabled. I recommend using extreme caution and acquiring multiple quotes before deciding on Will's. Thank you for reading, hope this saves someone a headache or a dollar.

My pressure was correct but my flow is low. They determined my problem comes from old metal pipes leaving rust in the line. After a small misunderstanding, they returned and fixed the problem. The problem was caused by another plumbing company using the wrong size piping. I now have the correct flow of water outside that had been missing for 6 years.My sprinklers work again, cutting my watering time outside in half. These are great people. I definitely would recommend Will's Plumbing to anyone and I will be hiring them again in the future.
