Our plumber (Chris) was thorough with the work he did and took time to explain the work he was going to do before starting. We are really appreciative of his honesty and couldn’t be any happier with his work! Very high quality and professional, highly recommend!

Well, I had a toilet back up into the bathtub and after doing lots of youtube research to try to fix the problem myself, I called at least a dozen plumbers with estimates ranging from 400-900$+. I happened to be in the area and spoke to the office personal and was impressed with her ability to work with me. Wally the technician they sent me was absolutely awesome. We have decided as a family, this is the plumbing company we will go with in the future.

We had a great experience with this company. We had no hot water in the downstairs portion of our home. We called Will's and they came out the very next morning. The man that came out was very nice and professional. He had to replace the thermocouple wire in the water heater. Total cost was $248 which was right at what we expected. He even did some cleaning in and around the water heater as well. Here is one more really neat thing about this company... they even called us the next day to follow up and make sure everything was working okay. How many service companies do you know that make a follow up call?!?! So simple yet means so much to the customer. We will use these guys in the future and recommend to others. Thanks Will's!!

I really enjoyed my experience with People's Choice plumbing. I had a major leak and Dave fixed it at a fair price and got the job done right. He even fixed the faucet handle to my kitchen sink when he noticed that it was loose. Dave was efficient and friendly. New, the office manager was kind and helpful. I've been using Comfort Air for probably 15 years. They are always professional, & persistent in trouble-shooting/fixing problems.

What I liked about Schmidt Mechanical was all the pre and post communications that happened before the actual visit. I also received a text, with the technician's photograph, indicating that the tech was on the way and I could expect him within a certain amount of time. That is so very helpful and unlike other companies who keep you waiting like Time Warner...James Melton, the technician, was courteous and knowledgeable. I appreciated his 20 years of AC experience and his explanation of the work to be done as well as the benefits of the three levels of plans available. He told us that we could save money by going with the second level, the Gold Plan, and did not push the most expensive plan.We would like to request that James conduct our fall checkup as well.

I had a pipe leak due to the winter storm and my home warranty company referred me to San Antonio Plumbing. They were very quick to turnaround and have someone sent out (3 business days). This was super fast considering all the other plumbers in the area were booked for at least a week. My specialist was Eric who was very professional and candid about the fixtures and showed me where the damage was. He was even nice to provide me with his personal cell so I can contact him directly in case I couldnt' get a hold of the company. I will say that Eric was super responsive and I highly recommend it. They put in a clean out plug and unclogged my sewage drain. They were pretty good. They came right out. They cleaned up behind themselves. They do good job for a very reasonable price and that makes me happy. I would certainly hire them again as necessary.

Quick and extremely helpful when I was in a pinch. My food truck needed a lp gas pressure test for city permits, they were able to meet me and do the test within an hour so that I could continue to do business. Adam and his apprentice were timely, extremely professional, and thorough in the installation of my water softener. Their work was done with OCD-like precision and looks clean.

I called them to replace the kitchen faucet. I provided them with the faucet and he gave me estimate of $300+ just for replacing kitchen faucet. I chose not to go with them and just paid $89 as service charge. May be this is the price with all the plumbing companies but I would like them to give rough estimate over the phone or video call and let us decide if we want to go ahead or not.

David and Alberto came to my house yesterday to hydro jet my pipes and I can’t believe how much gunk the got out of my pipes or how much better my system flows now. Top notch company. Definitely would recommend them for all of your plumbing needs.
