Great service! Bryan and Chris came and checked out my water heater. They figured out the problem and fixed it within an hour. They were really professional and really helpful, I definitely recommend!

If you call Premier Plumbing be aware that sales guy will show up, not the plumber. We called them to un-clog a drain, Austin showed up and gave us a quote to clear the drain. He also gave us an estimate for installing a clear-out closer to the house - because he said there was not one near the house. We agreed to this. Upon installing the clear out, they ran a camara and found a cracked pipe under the the house. They gave us an estimate for the pipe repair. We also agreed to fix that.After a day of digging under the house, they said it would take more digging than expected and now wanted to charge $2,500 on top of the original pipe-repair estimate. Even if it was true that the needed to dig more, they are the ones who underestimated the work. In the process of working on the pipe issue, we found that it was a clear-out ACTUALLY close to the building that they overlooked. We asked them to not charge us for the additional clear-out because there was an existing one that they overlooked, they lied that they installed the clear-out due to the cracked pipe but in the original estimate they stated clear-out was needed due to proximity. They were not even aware of the cracked pipe when they quoted us for the clear-out. On top of all this, this is a multi-family home and they completely ignored safety concerns. they left the hole they were digging completely exposed. We called Austin on a Wednesday about these concerns and he promised to put something over the hole. We arrived Monday and nothing was done. Huge liability. Not sure how they still have their license. Don't even want to put one star.- Alef Rei Real Estate Investment Group

The guy that came on the original work order did not fix the problem, and led me on to believe it was repaired and draining fine. It was not repaired. Earnest came on the second visit and fixed the clogged drain effectively and professionally. I wish Earnest was the tech that came out originally!

Scheduled an appointment with this company and validated I was in their service area. Next day 15 minutes before expected time of arrival I get a call and was informed that I was not in their service area. Poor communication and unprofessional.

Aaron & Sam arrived within an hour. Very professional & brought in mats to protect flooring. Unclogged my kitchen sink. Gave tips on maintaining drains & preventing clogs. Very nice & recommend them!

Primo Plumbing came to my house as an emergency on Saturday night. My hot water heater was leaking water...everywhere!They were amazing! Richard Gutierrez came out and performed a yearly maintenance service on our heating system. We received the notification with Richard's picture prior to our appointment time. Richard arrived promptly at 8 am. Richard was very polite and professional. He did a great job informing the homeowner of what he was doing throughout the whole maintenance review process. Richard then took time to educated and explaine his observations and recommendations to the homeowner. We really appreciate Richard's knowledge and professionalism during his time in our home.

Having a plumbing issue is never fun but to know that the technician that does the job for you loves what he does makes all of the difference in a stressful situation. Called Legend Plumbing for my water heater. The office was super friendly, and sent Mario to help fix the issue. After presenting me with a few options, he replaced my water heater and did a great job. Everything was cleaned up after and was all around a great experience. Will definitely use Legend Plumbing again.

We called on a Friday afternoon when the air conditioner stopped working. Our technician Irelynn was there quickly and took care of it, taking the time to explain the problem and discuss options and solving the problem fast. The guys are awesome, #1 they answered the phone!!!, #2 They arrived when they said they would and called several times on the way to my house. They were fast and had the most current and not so current technical knowledge ( my house is a little older). They explained everything and the pricing was upfront no surprises. The were very polite even though I was going through a a breakdown, and my house was in chaos!! It did not phase them, They were the best in my time of need and I have used them twice in the last month!!
