Doug came out both times, identified the issue quickly, had the parts really available to make the repairs, and completed the job in a tenth of the time it would have taken me. He was very professional, honest, and cared about my equipment and getting it done correctly. I'll definitely continue using them!

Last week I gave Ajax Plumbing a phone call to see if they had a part I thought I needed. I not only received a courteous response but I was also provided enough information to complete the task without spending any money. A few days later I drove over to Ajax Plumbing and explained another problem I was dealing with. The two gentlemen observed the photographs and video I brought with me before promptly providing the part and instructions on how to complete the task. Very helpful!!

Same day service. I was quoted a price over the phone. After the technical arrived he said there was no need to replace everything in the toilet tank. Therefore I paid about 1/4 of the price I was expecting to pay.

Don’t work with warranty with this company!!! Until they get their foot in your house they lie that your warranty coverage pays for labor and won’t be rude. Once you let them diagnose and fix with factory warranty, they don’t work with the manufacturer! They disagreed with them for some reason after I believed it would be covered and demanded me to pay for the labor. The general manager turned into a nightmare on the phone. Started to send legal threats until the money is paid on site, won’t even agree to give me 15 minutes so I can figure things out. It was over 200$. I should have paid a new unit. To be honest it only took them less than 45 minutes to fix and deal with the whole thing. I didn’t even waste their time. I hate arguing and getting in stressful disputes so it was worth me paying to avoid these bullies. This business is now a legal scam! 250$ labor for 45 minutes?! Please avoid them at all cost, TAKE MY ADVISE!
