Remarkably, Kody and Nick arrived BEFORE the expected time. They got right to work, making and explaining what turned out to be relatively minor repairs rather than the expensive replacements I was expecting. I was very impressed with their efficiency and with their courteous customer service. They genuinely wanted to help with my problems rather than look for ways they could increase my costs!

I contacted American Auger after getting an outrageous quote from another company. They were extremely responsive and gave me a very reasonable price. I will definitely be using them for any other plumbing issues we might have.

Price gouging at its finest. Quoted $1156 to cut out 1 foot of copper and replace. Tried to get an itemized breakdown “we are a flat rate company” on the high end should have been charged 2-300 bucks insane for a cut and replace. Do not use.

I would not give them a star very poorly service they have a guy name Will not very good on his job he put some piping n its coming undone charged me $250.00 which they installed a water heater n I still do t have hot water in my house left the job undone n wanted still more money.. this man works very poorly on the job I would not recommend him at out he would get sodas from a fridge I had outside without me given him permission from my household. Everything was explained and thoughtfully considered to ensure the job was done while keeping the cost as low as possible. This includes the water abatement company Mitch recommended. Keep in mind, first responders receive a 15% discount too!

Eric my technician was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable of my system. I felt like he informed me of all the facts without using any pressure to sell upgrades or identify items that need immediate replacement. He made suggestions and stated his company is there for anything I need. Perfect service and a nice way to build trust. Will not hesitate to call if I need them again. Also worth noting, their communication is excellent. I received emails, calls and texts reminding me of my appointment and they even let me know when my tech was on their way. This company gets it, A+!

I have used Rockstar Plumbing several times for services as simple as a toilet clog and removing/installing a toilet to serious issues like broken pipes causing major leaks. Joe and David are always extremely professional, prompt and friendly. They do an excellent job, they work with a clear sense of purpose, they leave the work site clean and they take time to explain and show you what the issue is and what needs to be done to correct it. I will not use any other plumbing company after the consistent 5 star service the guys at Rockstar Plumbing provide and I can't recommend them enough!

We had issues with our water heater, our water heater company called out City Base Plumbing. It was the most Professional and Friendly service we have ever had. Angel was the tech that came out and he was Amazing. Angel walked us through everything that he was checking, very thorough, explained every detail. All I can say is Amazing service. I had a water line leak in my front yard. Joseph and Turner arrived on time and were very know knowledgeable and professional. They explained what was needed and why it was needed and they remained late in the evening until the leak was repaired.

The guy that came was great. Really took time to find the real issue. There was an emergency and he had to leave but was back in about half an hour with the new shut off valve. Had it installed and tested in about 10 minutes and then gave me a discount. Very professional very informative will definitely use again!

As a first time home owner, I was having an issue with the water heater & a constant leak so naturally I was pretty worried that the leak was filling up a bucket enough for me to constantly empty out the bucket. My home warranty company that issued the original plumbing company was not taking the urgency into consideration since I had to do the follow-ups and also that they were No-Shows on both appointments they scheduled. I called Gill Plumbing Services and it was an immediate response and same day visit with in 20 min to half an hour!! The problem was temporarily fixed since it was later in the day near closing hours. Gill Plumbing said they can do a complete installation with the proper sized water heater and bring it all up to code. The problem was immediately repaired the following morning at 9am as he said he would. My experience was beyond my expectations and the customer service was outstanding!! It’s rare to find good reputable companies that care about what they do, are knowledgeable, have great customer service & do quality work. I am thankful for the work done on my home & I will use Gill Plumbing for all my future needs for my new home. The gentleman were very professional from beginning to end. Thank you both so much for coming out and doing a wonderful job!!

They answered the phone, they came out the day we called and at the time they said they would, we got a text five minutes before they got here saying they were nearly here with a photo of what they looked like, they put on masks and coverings on their shoes, courteous. Great work, great price. Will hire again!
