Roger M. is confident and knowledgeable, has great customer service, remained professional, and did a great job diagnosing and correcting our slab leak (5 stars for Roger M). He located and capped our old copper pipes and rerouted the required plumbing using current pipe materials routed through the attic. The initial quote was diagnosis only. The reroute was an entirely separate price. Since we had a slab leak, we really didn’t take time to request other quotes and recommendations. The cost was considerably higher than I anticipated, but the customer service and workmanship seemed spot on! It was frustrating that the second plumber did not arrive until it was time to wrap the pipes in the attic with an insulated material and clean up the work areas. Overall, I’m satisfied. Hoping we won’t need any repeat services, but would feel confident in hiring Roger again (5 star for him - marked down to 4 star simply due to price over $5K!!!).

This says a lot about their success and continuing growth.Frank Rochas and his colleague showed up promptly and introduced very professionally. As expected from knowledgeable professionals, they completed formal introductions and proceeded into: (1) the need to know where the issue was, (2) the evaluation of the specific plumbing layout of the home and (3) a prediagnosis of the solution.Per Company policies and procedures, Frank performed exemplary and proceeded to give their best to solve our issue. Although the task was difficult, Frank and his colleague remained professional, cordial and communicative. It was a good experience and Road Runner deserves accolades for traits that propel a company to greater accomplished and deserved recognition.A final word about the owners, if I may. Chris and Kathy Copeland are genuine people and are very responsive to their customers. I had only one complaint and they did the unexpected and completely made my experience a gem of a memory and they deserve the highest praises that Company Owners can achieve. DO NOT USE. They do not tell you what they charge and then RIP you off. $742 to install one toilet that we had already bought. took one hour. Then said we needed a shut off valve for sprinkler system that would cost over $300. Lucky we called Atlas Plumbing they came out said we had a shut off valve and charged us $135. NEVER use CALIENTE EVER. We had a broken toilet so we went and purchased a new one. The person Caliente Plumbing was at our house for about an hour and charged us $742.00 to install one toilet. Then later that day he had to come out again as he had not installed it correctly and it was still leaking. This is Highway Robbery, do NOT USE!!

John Gill and his team are the best service plumbers I have ever had the pleasure to do business with. They are not the cheapest, but they are definitely worth it and an incredible value. If you really value your property and the people associated with it, you should call Gill. Big-bad-John knows a ton about all eras of plumbing- we use him on a couple of 1920's houses (and everywhere else) and I am always impressed with Gill's. Worth it every time, in high demand, a pleasure to work with.

Needed service on an electric water heater. I've used Big City Plumbing several times in the past, and they're always done a great job at a very fair price. Today was no different. Charlie did a Fantastic job, came within an hour of my call, and the cost was much less than I was expecting. I'll always use them in the future for my plumbing needs.
