We unexpectedly had a pipe leak and didn't know for over an hour. When we called 1st Call, they were literary there in 10 minutes. John was very professional and honest. He did quality work and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely call him and his team again.

Hey guys, Mike was my technician. He was honest, sympathetic to my issues, and was dependable. He knew what I needed. I had called a few other plumbers before going with Wills and honestly it was because of Mike. He came over to my house to look at my leaky shower and the leaking toilet I had. He had a positive attitude and not once did I see him frown. I think it's someone's energy and how they treat your family that also makes the service great. Mike, you felt like part of my family. I love Roadrunner Plumming. They came within 2 hrs when I called. It was an emergency. Water was leaking from the pipes and drain was clogged. Very professional and cordial service. Highly recommend!

A&M Plumbing was sent to me by my home warranty company, American Home Shield. My boyfriend was there at the time of the repair. They came and diagnosed the problem(s). One issue was that the sewer pipe was clogged, which they unclogged and I appreciate. That was covered by AHS. For the other two issues that were not covered by AHS, they quoted me $1800 (an issue that could wait to be fixed) and $2140 (an issue that needed fixing now). I thought the $2140 quote didn't seem right at ALL, after seeing photos of the issue myself (a disconnected pipe under the house used for the washing machine ). I called my close family friend who flips and sells houses, and he said their estimate was astronomically high. He gave me the number of the plumber he trusts and has used regularly for years. That guy came out the next day, quoted me $220, and promptly fixed the problem. He sent me videos the entire time, and was highly communicative and transparent with pricing. I have no doubt A&M does great work and really knows what they're doing, but I felt completely violated and my trust was totally broken when they attempted to overcharge me by so much. Unless you have money to burn, look elsewhere for your plumbing needs.

We had a water softener leak in the yard & call Caliente for repair. Our technician Jeremy Bogue was on time and very down to earth. He explained the repairs and what it entailed. When the repairs were completed, he even took the time to roll up our water hose & hooked it back up on the rack. Meant alot to us because we’ve had repairs from other companies & they’ve left a mess. I recommend them & they are permanent part of our repair team!
