Called to fix a water heater. Were very respectable and on time. They replaced a heating coil and hot water was back for about two days, then out again. After calling them back, they said electrical wasn't reaching the heater, and I needed to call an electrician. Turned out they replaced the coil with one drawing too much wattage, which caused my breaker box to fry. Took an electrician and another plumber to restore hot water and fix my electrical panel. I didn't give them a chance to make the error right, because I didn't trust them back in my house.

Very knowledgeable, honest, straight forward! Calling them they made it very east to understand and even offered advice. They were able to give a rough estimate over the phone. Very reasonable prices. Technicians were very nice, friendly, professional, quick, and did very high quality of work. I will most definitely be using this business for any of my plumbing needs. I highly recommend Red Brass Plumbing. They are licensed, honest and reliable. I had a leak on my water main and they came out within an hour on a Saturday morning. All the plumbers I called before could not come out until much later. The charge was reasonable and I was not without water for long. Thank you Mitch!!

I was looking for a water softener service using an approved listing service. Will's All Pro responded to my request and was able to setup an appointment the next day. Their technician Brandon arrived on time and did a through inspection of both my 10 yr old water softener and 17 yr old Hot Water heater. After determining that both my water softener and hot water heater needed replacing, we discussed options. Brandon was able install both systems the same day. Wills All Pro even brought out an electrician to ensure my new hot water heater was up to code.I now have instant hot water and the water hardness is gone. Wills All Pro was fantastic to work with and mindful of my schedule. I highly recommend them.

Tech came out, Emilio, I think was his name. Told him what was going on and what we tried doing ourselves. He gave us a few options and recommended what we should do. I contacted City Base Plumbing for a free estimate on some repairs/ replacements to my kitchen equipment.The plumber David was punctual and professional. I scheduled the work to be done on the next morning.Once again David was punctual and professional. My sink, faucet and pipes were replaced and garbage disposal removed. All items were addressed in a timely manner and the work area was left clean.I was very satisfied with the services performed. I plan on using City Base Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

It was 6:30pm on a Friday night and we had a pipe leaking behind our wall and had to cut off water to the whole house to stop it. I tried calling other plumbers who either didn’t answer or told me they could come out on Tuesday. I called Ambition Plumbing and they told me they would be at my house in about two hours. Fernando was prompt, knowledgeable, and worked quickly. He not only fixed our pipe but gave us a run down of how to proceed with our house insurance. I don’t know how to do this kind of stuff, who really does? But Fernando was kind enough to explain and recommend someone to help with our insurance.

I called this plumber at 8:11am on Friday the 24th for a backed up toilet said he would be here by 11:30 said he would be here after he picked up a permit in Helotes. Never got a phone call that he would be running late. Finally called him at 3:30 he did not answer so I left him a message. Finally got a call back after 4pm apologizing. This plumber did not even have the decency to give me an update as to his time frame. Called another plumber.

These guys were great explained everything, reasonable price, an excellent service!!! I found my plumber if I need one again. I'm calling Tony at Big City Plumbing!! Thanks guys!!
