Nick and Dan are one of the best techs out there. Had a big water leak in my front yard during after hours, Nick came out assess the problem and did his best to fix it. He returned the following day and Dan was with him. These two guys came back assess the problem and conquered it. They’ve exceeded all expectations as to what a tech for a plumbing company does. Originally we contacted another company to come and fix our ac that was not working in the middle of Texas summer. They stated they had availability and that they would be out within three hours. The tech from the other company called and said he was out of Freon and would not have anymore until tomorrow. My mother is on oxygen and the heat does not help. I then decided to call 1st Call and see if they had something available today. They said they would call first thing and try and get someone out. I said ok and thank you. I received a call from Ryan within 5 minutes of hanging up stating that he would be on his way in about 30 minutes and asked what is going on. He arrived and was very courteous and professional and willing to help. He was very straight forward and was very empathetic for the situation. Unfortunately she needed a new unit and he was very willing to work with us and he had it installed the next day due to the condition of my mothers health.With all that said, I will always choose them for any of my needs due to the level of professionalism and caring that was displayed. There are not a lot of companies that are left that actually care about people and not just the paycheck at the end of the day. He went out of his way to help and provide extra insight and honesty as well as quick service.

AC went out on a Saturday, had an appointment with another AC company for Monday morning. But they were a no show on Monday morning. We had already suffered through a long weekend of horrible heat. Called Will’s All Pro and they had a tech, Matthew, out in less than an hour. He found the problem, ordered repair part, and scheduled the appointment for install the next morning. Moses and assistant showed up promptly at 9 the next morning and within 2 hours I had cool air again. From start to finish everyone was very courteous and professional. Great company! We’ll be using them again!

Had a new tankless water heater install my old one went out. A&M Plumbing were so professional from the beginning to the end of service. Had to wait couple of days for the tank to come in but they updated with status from the time the tank was look at until it was install. Mark, who install the tank really know his job.
