These guys are professional, meticulous, and prices are very fair. We have used them several times, and now many of our neighbors use them as well. Shawn is amazing as he will actually show you things and help you, and not try to up-sell you. This is the only plumbing company I will call in SA for plumbing, water heaters, water softeners, etc.

These guys are great and professional. They came out to fix a leak from the main waterline and were fantastic from the first phone call. Set an appointment right away, called to let me know they were on the way and did an awesome job.

Mr. rooter came with issues from the start! They came and dug a 17 ft tunnel under my house to only find out they dug in the wrong area and had to restart. There was barley any communication, they would up and leave without saying anything and also left their trash in our yard. Problems got worse when they ended up breaking through the floor in our bathroom breaking a tile, while we waited on a decision from them on when and how they would fix it, they finished their job and we noticed the sprinkler system in our yard was broken as well! After weeks of waiting for a reply on fixing our tile we were just informed that they will not be fixing our tile because “it would cost them too much money”. We didnt ask for them to fix EVERYTHING they broke just the tile! And they refused to do that! I am applauded at the service we have received from them and wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy!! How unprofessional is it to come to do a job, break other things and not fix them! And reply it will cost them too much money! Well what about your clients!? We had to pay for this horrible job and now have to pay to fix the tile AND the sprinkler system! I’m extremely disappointed!

Along with taking care of my immediate problem (water shut off valves for new kitchen faucet), the guys pointed out some other issues (water heater, loose tank on toilet, etc.). They checked water pressure, double-checked for leaks, etc.

I went to HD and lowes and couldn't find what I needed. Went to Ajax and I was in and out in less than 5min with what I was looking for. Great customer service. I definitely recommend to look here before anywhere else.

We are in another service company's Rescue Club (yearly contract for priority service). However, when our water heater started leaking I called and was told the soonest a technician could arrive was the next day. Because the estimate was higher than we could comfortable pay, we decided to call around. We did take a few bids and that's how we discovered All Pro Plumbing! The technician came right away and literally went above and beyond in not only the pricing but the service and workmanship. Michael Angeles was very professional, personable and knowledgeable. Wish we would have discovered this company when we moved to San Antonio and bought our house in May of this year. We will let our Service Club with current company run out when the contract is over and will be calling All Pro for all our future needs. A very dependable and honest company!

We were referred to this company for our water heater. Frank Rocha and his partner came right on time and explained in detail what was wrong with the water heater. They installed a new one and explain how to maintain it so it can last longer. They were so professional and they gained a new customer. I will be referring this company to friends and family! Today I had to use the services of Rockstar Plumbing and Mr. David Gonzalez came to my house to fix a leak in my yard. He was prompt, professional, told me where the leak was, showed me how he was going to fix it and with what and fixed it. He was very reasonable, reliable. The courteousness he showed when entering my house was very nice he put his booties on so my carpet would not get dirty. He clean up the yard nicely before he even told me he was finished. I do not have clumps of mud all the way to my door. Upon fixing the leak in the yard he came inside and made sure all the lines where clean and clear to the house. I would highly recommend anyone needing a plumber to call Rockstar Plumbing.

Never answered phone

We haven't had running water since November and we finally decided to call City Base Plumbing once we had enough money saved up. They sent Angel over and he was able to find the problem, run a quick test, and get our water running within an hour. I can finally take a proper shower for the first time in months thanks to City Base Plumbing. Thank you again for the fast and friendly service!

I had a water main leak in the front yard. I called Ambition and scheduled an appointment. Very fast and courteous service, and gave me options on what repairs I wanted done. I would definitely recommend them.

American Home Shield sent them to repair a leaky faucet. They wouldn't do the work unless we spent $895.00 to add an overflow tank and a regulator first. After checking with SAWS and other professionals, we determined that the extra work was not necessary. We still have a leaky faucet. Calling another plumber.
