Initially we had scheduled service with another company who was not honest with us about installing AC on the same day we scheduled to meet with them. So we called Will's All Pro and they were fast, friendly, accommodating, HONEST, with service on same day, last minute. I was very happy! They wanted our service, they valued us as customers. I have not had such great customer service from any company in a long time. They proved to me that they want our business and they truly care about the customer. This company is ethical, respectful and knows their plumbing. My washing machine drain pipe was backing up and leaking water throughout the house. I contacted several plumbers for estimates who quotes me 2 or even 3 times as much for a simple snaking down the drain. Chavarria's Plumbing emergency prices (to come in the weekend) were still 1/2 the price of their competitors. Not only did they resolved the issues but they were professional and friendly throughout the entire process. I highly recommend you get a quote from them before deciding on which plumber to choose. What started out as a normal scheduled maintenance turned into an opportunity for this company to really shine. my tech Yuri ( who was fantastic) failed to reconnect a capacitor for the outside fan which caused a short, fried the capacitor and tripped the breaker. Within an hour after my tech left I noticed that the temperature in our house was increasing and things were getting hot! When I called they responded quickly to send a supervisor out who was great, well communicative and confirmed that the first tech unfortunately just missed a small thing. So in this very moment is when I witnessed his character. He pulled us outside and explained what happened, took responsibility and had a plan to correct it!The company offered us a room in a hotel but instead we opted to buy a portable air conditioner to resolve our immediate need to cool down. Then next morning both techs came over, replaced the part and called to confirm everything was good to go! I can’t express enough how thankful We are.
