Best Heating Maintenance in San Antonio TX

Called BlueFrog on 7/31/2021 at 12am. A pipe had busted in my business's wall. The receptionist stated they had availability within the next 1 to 2 hours. I gave her my companies credit card information and agreed to a $200.00 trip charge.No one came out. At 2:03am, I called the 24 hour number and it went to voicemail. I left a voicemail and did not receive a call back.It sounded like the receptionist was at a party as I could hear loud music in the background and people talking.We had a different plumber come out and fix our issue.

It cost me $695.00 to fix a 3 foot pipe and replace the hose bib. They were the only ones to respond on Saturday.

It was Sunday at 5pm and I had a plumbing emergency. A nail had worked itself through the hot water line inside the wall going to my washer. By 6:30Pm Richard showed up and was absolutely fantastic! He was very professional, knowledgeable and informative! He had me back up and running within 20 minutes. He was very pleasant. Thanks Richard and thanks Will’s AllPro Plumbing!!!

Alex was very polite and professional. Told what the problem was and the cost before doing the job. He has been here before and did a great job. We will be calling on him for our next job!!!

People’s Choice Plumbing is the plumbing service we will always trust and rely on, no matter how big or small the problem may seem. When we first moved to San Antonio David and B came over to install a water softener. They did an awesome job installing, programming and explaining the operations to us. Because we were new to the home David also took the time to go up in the attic to answer some questions I had about the water heater, and then walked through our home and answered a few other questions we had relating to the plumbing.Today David and B came to check on a pressure and heating issue to the MB tub. They went over our options to increase pressure and heat by making changes to the existing plumbing, but also showed us by running a sink for a few seconds while filling the tub brings the heat much quicker. While they were here David also checked some spotting near a bathroom faucet that was causing concern as well.B responded quickly to setup both service calls and they were flexible in working around our busy work schedules. They arrived both times inside the appointment windows given and gave us a courtesy call when they were on their way. The service vehicle is clean and has company decals. David is patient and knowledgeable and has answered every question we have had. They also made a follow up call after installation to make sure the water softener was operating properly and to answer any questions we might have had (this was also a great reminder to add salt, as we have not used a water softener in previous homes).Never any pressure from David or B, just professional, affordable, top-notch service! Great service and honest. I hired Adam to address an issue with my cousin's outside faucet. I checked Google for a nearby plumber, insane prices just to have someone come out at an inconvenient time was the norm. I ended up calling Plumb Smart. Adam showed up on time and quickly realized the faucet had the wrong fitting and swapped it out, all in all the whole thing took about 15 minutes. Definitely will use this company in the future!

Robert (my tech) was great! On time, respectful and honestly the only company that ever wore covers over dirty boots inside the house! (I appreciate it) he given me a run though on options and given his honest professional opinion. I first saw this company on Groupon they did what they were suppose to do. Very happy with Schmidt Mechanics, you also get a service call from the office checking in on how they did.

just got a washer/dryer installed and was told my bibbs were leaking and needed replacing. got on the google and did a search for closest plumber. showed up same day a few hours later and was excellent service. super nice guys; very professional, quick, courteous and knowledgeable. i have no idea what a normal or good rate is for plumbers, so can't really speak to that, but i'm super happy with everything. will definitely go back to them if i need a plumber.
