Best Heating Installation in San Antonio TX

Called to unhook my faucet sensor. He came out and didn’t charge me a dime. Although the plumbing solution was simple, I was willing to pay at least 100 bucks but he wouldn’t accept my money. These guys are honest professionals and you guys have a life long customer for all my future plumbing issues for a honest fee of course lol! Thanks guysJohn

This team is by far the most reliable, knowledgeable, best team we have ever had in our home. We have used them for electric, AC, pipes and endless plumbing. Each service provider really does a fantastic job of explaining what our problem is and walking us thru the repair. We have found our home repair team for good. I highly recommend them and will continue to be a return customer!

Price was higher than the competition, but they did respond quickly and on a Sunday night when I had an emergency. I paid $250 for an emergency visit that was $150 from all my other quotes. The technician was a nice guy and very professional, but didn't have the right parts to cap my pipe off and installed a temporary fix. I would have been forgiving of that in my review if the price wasn't so much higher than the other quotes. I selected them because they were the fastest to get here, but they lost my long term business because of the cost. It is a shame because had the prices been more competitive I would give them a glowing review for customer service.

Contacted me when on their way so I knew approximate arrival time. Courteous and friendly. Determined issues promptly and made the repairs needed. I don't wish for more plumbing issues, but if I have any in the future, this is the plumbing service I would use or recommend to others. Mom

My water heater was gushing out water. Within 15 mins, I had the owner at the house to access the damage. Once we ironed out what was needed, the new water heater was in place and working with 3 hours. Needless to say, this was on the weekend! Great job all around with price and service.

I have used People's Choice Plumbing for many projects this year. Having an older home something is always going on.. lol Each time i call Peoples Choice they were everything I expected and more. Even said if it ain't broke don't fix it what plumbing company will do that? This one! I always trust their opinion because i know that won't do something just to make a buck, hard to find now a days. No matter what time of day, all i have to do is call. *Edit* I'm dropping my rating for Schmidt Mechanical, unfortunately. My air conditioner wasn't able to keep the house cool again, so I called them back out to figure out why. What the technician told me was my condenser coils on the inside and outside units were both severely clogged and believed that was why the AC wasn't able to cool the house properly.The first time I had them out was around late April or early May for a maintenance check. Based on the amount of congestion on the coils, the technician admitted it wasn't possible to accumulate that much by the end of July and that it should have been addressed on the initial maintenance check.The second time Schmidt came to the house was July 3rd because the AC wasn't cooling at all. When the technician arrived for that appointment I was told the capacitor had blown out. I had it replaced and things seemed fine. Today's technician told me he believed the capacitor blew because of the clogged coils and should have been addressed at that time as well.So, twice a representative from Schmidt missed a potential serious problem when servicing my air conditioner. I'm told that to properly clean the condenser coils will take time and may not be able to done today since there's a lot to do for it. Also, it requires an alkaline solution which isn't in the service van.Fortunately, when I spoke with the service manager he agreed that the cost of the second service call where the capacitor was replaced should be deducted from the cost of the new recommended repairs. I am also being placed on tomorrow's schedule early in the morning so I won't have to worry about the AC much longer. * End Edit *Today was the second time I've had Schmidt Mechanical to my house. The first was from a Groupon for a maintenance checkup for my AC that would fill add up to 2 pounds of freon for free. The tech that came was on time and very professional and courteous.Today's visit was because my AC wasn't cooling. I called around 10:30 Friday morning on July 3rd. I was expecting either to have to pay an after hours fee to come out on the weekend or wait until Monday. This was the Friday before a holiday, after all. Instead, I was able to get an appointment between 2 and 4 the same day. A tech became available before that and Schmidt called to see if we were available for an earlier time. I thought that was great considering they didn't need to offer that. The capacitor on the outside unit had gone bad. I was shown the bad part and was explained why it was not working. The tech told me other possible problems that could occur from the part going out and what it would cost for a new one. The tech had the part available and was here and gone in less than an hour. And I had cool air again!Both times a tech from Schmidt came out we were texted a picture of the employee who was coming. They were masked and followed social distancing guidelines. Very pleased with this company and feel comfortable recommending them to anyone needing AC service.

This company was very responsive and had a technician at my house within 2 hours of my call. The technician named Isi was very very professional and took the time to show exactly what he was looking at and where the issue was located. Furthermore they were able to obtain a replacement part and schedule the repair the following day. This company has earned my future business!

Anchor plumbing arrived on time and quickly started work. Their expertise and professionalism was noticeable from the moment they walk through the front door.
