I only called to get a quote for replacing a 38 gallon water heater. They want to send a tech out and twice for this instead of taking the tools and materials out on the first day.. (qualified tech would know what to expect) they drag their feet to much and I want it done sooner then later .I'm sure that they might provide quality work (reason why i put 3 stars) but I didnt feel like a priority speaking with them . Just felt like they just wanted to charge me to high havens .Where is the customer service these days ?Ps: I had to do it my self, took 3 hours and I didnt have to wait on anybody .. mind I'm NOT a plumber. I'm a Licensed Electrician.

I highly recommend Red Brass Plumbing. They are licensed, honest and reliable. I had a leak on my water main and they came out within an hour on a Saturday morning. All the plumbers I called before could not come out until much later. The charge was reasonable and I was not without water for long. Thank you Mitch!!

Service date was August 25, 2020. Appointment was made from one day to the next. Our service person was Aaron Taylor. He did an outstanding job and saved us over $2,500.00, by providing a thorough complimentary camera inspection of our main sewer line from the outside (no mess inside), in order to provide us with an accurate estimate and diagnosis. I had a previous company come in, where they wrongly diagnosed roots in the pipes and that they would have to dig underneath our home from the outside to get to the toilet pipe and replace it. Upon the camera inspection, which Aaron shared with me and after talking to his Manager, Jake, they recommended we do a hydroscrub to clean and clear the clog, which was found through the main sewer line. As soon as that was done, our toilet flushed normal again and there was no issue with roots that they could see. Needless to say, we were relieved and grateful that we got a second opinion and that we found a company with the right equipment and knowledgeable staff, who wanted to do the job right at a fair price. Based on all of the above, I would highly recommend them and will certainly call them again. P.S. They follow all safety protocols.

First time using this company. My service technician was William, he was easy to talk to and provided great feedback and customer service. You can count on these guys to solve the problem pretty quickly and at a fair price. I definitely recommend.

The gentleman came and took care of my house’s emergency due to the bad weather. They were able to restore toilet to good working condition. Also, they replaced my water heater but before that they helped replace the old water heater I felt very confident and trust the gentleman because I felt the gentle we’re helping me and not taking advantage of a senior citizen. He was very professional and very quick to identify what the issue was as we explained the issue. As soon as he told us what it was he got to work by having to drain the main pipe to clear the clog. Took maybe 10 minutes. Very fast, friendly, and very reliable.
