I had a plumbing EMERGENCY! The water line supplying the toilet has a valve you can use to turn water on or off. Ours completely busted which resulted in water bursting into the bathroom at full force. I needed someone to fix it fast (even though I did manage to twist the main supply off) and Guarantee Plumbing is approx. one block away. The guys came right away, installed a brand new valve, and some other device in the tank. I was so relieved!And, the total cost was absolutely reasonable $2XX.00 ... two hundred and something...but not too bad at all since I was guessing it would have cost over 3.Whew

I had a leaking pipe in my bathroom and called to see how soon it could be repaired. I was impressed that they were able to come out the same day. Jacob arrived within a hour! He was very thorough at looking over everything and explaining to me what would be involved. I thought it would take days to be repaired but Jacob was able to fix it that day! He even cleaned up after, absolutely no mess left at all. I have not had an issue since. I highly recommend this company and Jacob!

Had these guys install an entire ac/furnace system. My old ac system was 20 years old and some of the duct work needed replacing too. Everything is in working order and system works BUT they left a huge hole open into the ceiling. The furnace/ac pipes up to the ceiling but all around it, is just an open hole that allows the hot air in the attic into the house. The small closet with the ac/furnace has now grown mold and I feel that their install job was rushed with little regard to customer full satisfaction .

Had a leak from my upstairs bath tub, they came and found the leak after a quick inspection.Very professional and efficient. I would recommend.
