Great interaction start to finish. Initially called them out for a checkup on our AC units (heat pumps). Two were old and were leaking. Gave us a competitive replacement price. We agreed, got approved for financing and scheduled for installation the next day! Our installer, Fabian, was fantastic. Got both units installed, and thermostats programmed in one day! From the front desk to the installers City Base Plumbing went out of their way to make a difficult water heater return at Home Depot and install of new unit possible. First time homeowners and we had our first major issue. Sewer water backed up into our guest bathtub and it was a mess. Found John on the nextdoor app-he came HIGHLY recommended from my neighbors-so we gave him a call. He was courteous, prompt and professional. Gave me the price over the phone and found/fixed the issue in no time. He worked in the pouring rain to get us back to normal. Peter and James were both very professional. After they arrived on time and introduced themselves, they began to explain what needed to be done and offered a verbal quote to get started. Once they got the leak area cleared out in the yard so they had room to work, Peter expressed concern over how poorly the shutoff, pressure regulator on other components were assembled. They left for a brief time to gather more supplies and completely reconstructed the area that was leaking right past the meter. Their new work even eliminated the need for one of the access panels previously in the yard. All for the original verbally quoted price. Excellent job guys!

We were having hot water heater issues, water wasn't heating in any of the showers or sinks. Figured this old water heater was in need of replacement. Called a more visible, well-known company out for a quote. They came in, looked around and told me it needed replacement and some outside work that would have required digging up the yard. Quote was over $2,400. I needed to get another bid to compare, so I Googled and found Chavarria's Plumbing. They were able to send technician Nathan over within a couple of hours. Nathan came in, noticed that the thermostat setting was off and the exhaust pipe wasn't aligned correctly. He corrected it and told me it should resolve the issue. I told him if it didn't resolve it, how much would a replacement cost and he ballparked it at around $1400 parts and labor. I asked him what the charge was for him coming out and he said No charge. We don't do any work that's not necessary or sell customers anything they don't need. I was stunned by his honesty. Problem has been resolved. The water is steaming hot and it didn't cost me a penny. You never know what you're gonna get when you call a service company blindly like that, but I can tell you Chavarria's Plumbing is the ONLY company I'll be calling in the future for any plumbing repairs. Kudos to the company owners for employing such honest, helpful individuals. I will recommend Chavarria's Plumbing to anyone in need.

Great plumbing service. Have used them more than once now and they will continue to be my go to in future for all my plumbing. Prices are fair, David is very knowledgeable, and most importantly to me, honest. Called him for a clogged washing machine drain line. He told me he might not be able to clear it, but gave me the price it would be regardless of outcome. This was up front, BEFORE he did anything, which gave me the option of rolling the dice. Turns out there is a big root intrusion problem in the line (which ruined 2 of his snake's cutting heads) so he was unable to clear the line. He was very apologetic, but he had prepared me for the outcome, and gave me some options going forward. VERY professional and honest way of doing business. Much appreciated David. Will be calling you when we decide what we want to do about the line.

I had a plumbing EMERGENCY! The water line supplying the toilet has a valve you can use to turn water on or off. Ours completely busted which resulted in water bursting into the bathroom at full force. I needed someone to fix it fast (even though I did manage to twist the main supply off) and Guarantee Plumbing is approx. one block away. The guys came right away, installed a brand new valve, and some other device in the tank. I was so relieved!And, the total cost was absolutely reasonable $2XX.00 ... two hundred and something...but not too bad at all since I was guessing it would have cost over 3.Whew
