A young man came in to repair our sink the other week. He constantly took off his mask and wasn't very friendly at all. He never explained anything. He did his job and walked out the door. Very disappointing, because all I ever hear are great reviews for this place.

Shout out to BigCity Plumbing. We had a leak in our bathroom a couple of days ago and had to get somebody over here to check it out. Peter and Tye from Big City Plumbing came over and were professional, humble, quick, and did everything to standard. They took the time to hear me out as I explained to them what was going on. Shortly afterwards, they started running different checks and test on what they thought the problem could be and took the time to explain to me what they were doing, what they were looking for, and why. Within a couple of minutes they were able to identify the problem and had it fixed quickly. Their prices were reasonable and left me with a 90 Day Warranty.
