On-Time, Professional, Courteous and Knowledgeable. I had an issue with my dryer connection. Robert was able to immediately diagnose the problem and correct it on the spot. Not only did he have all the proper tools and equipment, but he was extremely personable too! If you ever need an electrician I encourage you to contact Bolt Electric. I received a text with the electrician's (David) bio, certifications, and photo so I knew who to expect at my door. He arrived right on time, wore his mask, kept a safe distance, and wore shoe covers to protect my carpet. He did a FREE whole-house safety inspection and discovered my smoke detectors were expired (by several years). David was extremely professional and thorough. He replaced all five smoke detectors, brought my GFCI up to code, and installed a new outlet on my back porch. I am a single Mom, and am very cautious about who I allow into the house. I now trust Mr. Electric and can see why so many friends had recommended them.

I had the task of replacing the siding on my property. We got to the part where the electric service panels needed to be pulled off the property so I could replace the siding behind it. I received a fast response from Gary who helped pull the necessary permits from CPS Energy and a date was set. Amos, my appointed service tech, arrived before anyone else and was very professional. Amos pointed out a couple areas on the property that may present future problems/concerns that had nothing to do with the electrical systems which I never noticed or considered which I highly appreciated. Between Gary and Amos, I was highly impressed with their services and help. A++

Rick Contreras and his assistant Frank were above and beyond in reassuring my mother and did a wonderful job putting up a new light fixture and installing a doorbell. They were punctual, neat and very courteous.

After several people recommended Denali Electric on the Nextdoor app, I decided to reach out to get our ceiling fans installed. I am truly happy that I did. His assistant and he arrived promptly at our house. Chris talked with my husband regarding pricing which I am also happy to say did not change at all from when I talked to him over the phone. He walked my husband through the entire process of installation. He replied to every question my husband and I asked without hesitation. A great takeaway is Chris is very knowledgeable and patient with his customers. We were very pleased with the work he did with the installation that we booked another job with Denali Electric and look forward to using them for many electrical jobs in the future.

I've used Hill for my home and when we were building up our business. Every time they have come out, they've been really nice and helpful. recently had a breaker go out in our home on a Saturday morning, and couldn't get ahold of the original company that installed it to come out. We called Hill, they pulled a guy off a larger job to get us taken care of, and they had the job completed within an hour after calling to set up the appointment. They are the ONLY company we'll call for an electrician. Thanks guys!

Roland and Neil were absolutely wonderful they came early and they stayed till 9:30 at night working they made my house so much safer than it was all of my outlets were back stabbed and wired wrong and they fixed every outlet and every light switch they made everything in my house up to code there's so much to do at this big house they install the ceiling fan and they've got two more to do and they're going to install my smoke detectors and then the outside outlets there's no way they could have gotten all of that done in one day but they stayed and worked so hard very professional very courteous they are certainly experts at what they do I had two other estimates besides the one I got from y'all and y'all gave me the most thorough estimate and just did the best professional job ever I'm very happy

Nate and arrived out to my house, they were on time and so nice. They explained they would be doing and did it to perfection. They were so with me and my wife. They were not only kind but did a good job with our lighting and chime box. Nate and are the kind of people I would want to come out again for any electrical work I have to do!

Gave me a fair quote the job was completed in a timely fashion and he trouble shot another electrical problem I was having and repaired that as well.

Disappointed.Called Carrasco, needed an estimate on bonding/grounding pool pump and installing GFCI outlets outside near above ground pool.Hernon came out on 09/13/16- looked at everything. Said he wasn't sure what to do and needed to speak with Master Electrician before giving us a quote (I guess there is some confusion on how to ground/bond pool pump because the pool had already been there for 6years.) He told us to give him 2 days and he would be back in touch. By Friday 09/16, we hadn't heard from him, so I followed up with him, and he told me he was at the lake, was on the phone with the Master Electrician about our situation and would be back in touch. Well, its Tuesday 09/20, guess who still hasn't called back.Guess they didn't want our business........
