Technician Shawn Jackson listened to my description of the shower drain issue and then immediately began working to solve the problem. However when it wasn't a simple clogged drain he didn't give up, but investigated further and resolved the problem in a timely manner. I appreciate that he explained the issues throughout the process. I will definitely call on him again for any plumbing problems.

My brother went to your store to buy an item that cost 8 dollars a few days ago and someone in your store ramped the price to $65.00. Very shameful to hear that such shameful business is happening in your store.After he left the store without the part he needed for someone in need. A person at the job site pulled up from nowwhere an asked to see if they needed any assistance and low and behold the random individual had the exact part deep in his miscellaneous bag of left overparts and gave it to him for free. God will always take care of those in need. As for your business I pray for you to do better.

Roger, Matthew, and Joe were friendly, professional and courteous. The estimate was right on the money and I got financing for the sewer line to be replaced with their help. The sewer line was the original line from 1972 so I knew it would need to be done sooner or later. I am glad to have found a company with such high ratings and great customer service. I really like that they send timely texts and emails with the photo and info of the person coming to do the work. The phone staff are also courteous and efficient. I would use their services again. Chris and Gilbert showed up to take a look at an issue that I was having and were able to show up about an hour and a half earlier than the scheduled time which was fantastic. They were able to identify the issue along with the corrective actions and even took a look at the other toilets in the house to make sure there were no other issues that could happen. The total job was finished within half and hour and they cleaned up after themselves and were on their way. They were extremely polite and professional and I would highly recommend them to any friends and family in the future.

Here’s what they did right:I called around 8am and responded to my needs with an even toned and nice lady who didn’t sound irritated that I was calling early.Had an appointment scheduled for me about 3 hours later on the same day (7/16/2022).I received a text with a picture of the plumber who was showing up at my house, Alex Soto.Alex was dressed professionally, very respectful in speech and demeanor.Alex worked quickly (finished within an hour) and I felt like the service provided not only fixed, but upgraded the existing water line.Here’s what they did wrong:Nothing.They are a little on the expensive side, but the quality of service was genuinely high and worth it! Hopeful I’ll never need them again, but if I do, Tietze Plumbing already has my business!

Had a new tankless water heater install my old one went out. A&M Plumbing were so professional from the beginning to the end of service. Had to wait couple of days for the tank to come in but they updated with status from the time the tank was look at until it was install. Mark, who install the tank really know his job.
