David and Ryan were friendly, efficient, and work ed hard. David explained what they were doing and why. They out the same day I needed my heater replaced, and even worked late to get it done, but only a little late because they finished the attic installation in almost half the time I was quoted.

The team at American Auger was responsive, available, and ensured that I was very informed of all steps along the way towards completing the job. They fixed a defunct shower valve for me and were very professional. So much so that I’ve scheduled a water softener installation next week!

Way to expensive

here were no surprise fees, you were there quickly, you outlined exactly what needed to be done without trying to add additional, unnecessary repairs and Tony was awesome!

Awful! Would not recommend.I used them for a simple leak on my water heater. Was forced to pay $75 co-pay just for them to come out. Then once looking at the unit, was trying to force me to pay another $850+ for items I didn't need for the leak. Was told they had to in order to fix the leak.After they left, I was able to see where the leak was coming from and fixed it with a simple C-wrench. Granted, I probably should of started with that before calling, but if you want to take the chance of paying these people to come and not fix your problem, go right ahead.Rating 0

Great service! Worked with another company through my insurance and called Big City for another opinion. Fit me in the next day, took less than 5 minutes to find the problem that was way different than I was told from the insurance plumbers. They fixed it quickly and saved me a lot of money. Definitely will work with them again!

Great from start to finished changed out a shower faucet. Same day service, very knowagable, and very respectful plumbers.

We are extremely happy with the work done by Alamo Plumbing Solutions. We needed our water heater replaced and called several companies who told us it would be days until they would be able to come. The owner of Alamo Plumbing Solutions immediately took action and replaced our water heater without us having to wait too long. The workers were very professional and polite and the price was very reasonable. They took the old water heater and left the area very clean. I highly recommend this company.

Arrived at our clinic on time. He gave a great explanation of what was wrong with our toilet. They did have to leave to retrieve the new toilet but did so in a timely manner.
