This was the first time using George. They were prompt and courteous. Explained everything they were doing and willing to answer any questions I had. They had to make two trips for parts: first trip to get needed part; second, to exchange incorrect part they were given. However, they did not waste time in getting part. Fee seemed to be comparable to other plumbers. Have added them to list of plumbers for future reference.

Although the tech seemed very knowledgeable and they don't charge for consultation fees, we felt like the company was attempting to take advantage of us. To snake our drain pipe on a Friday, we were quoted $485. They told us, if we wait until Monday the price would be $175 as an inconvenience discount. I had no choice as we had family coming in for the weekend and agreed to the higher price. The tech said he needed a helper to complete it and that none were available. Maybe some good luck? I called around and had someone come out on a Saturday for the same price as their Monday quote.Maybe this tech was ready to start his weekend or Mr Rooter severely overcharges? I can't say one way or another but I know I won't be trying their services again.

A licensed plumber and a technician arrived and installed a new toilet and removed the old one in about 90 minutes . I have never had a better experience with a plumbing business. I called for a plumber this morning and they came out the same day. I highly recommend 1st Call for plumbing. No price gouging, just extremely honest and fair up front quotes.

Cannot say enough about how wonderful Will’s All Pro is! Our plumber was Mark Vargas and he was absolutely fantastic! We found out late one Saturday night that none of our tubs were draining. The gentleman came and took care of my house’s emergency due to the bad weather. They were able to restore toilet to good working condition. Also, they replaced my water heater but before that they helped replace the old water heater I felt very confident and trust the gentleman because I felt the gentle we’re helping me and not taking advantage of a senior citizen. The plumbing techs were professional, followed good COVID practices, and they got everything taken care quickly. My only complaint has nothing to do with their service. The cost was way more than what I was expecting. But I’m sure the cost would be similar regardless of the company doing the work.
