I am unable to determine the quality of their work. What I can say is both techs were mostly courteous. From the beginning it seemed that the lead tech didnt want to complete the work. He was more concerned it seemed to me with finding challenges to not begin the work than to overcome them. I even offered solutions to his safety concerns but he had already determined to not do the job with his bosses blessing according to him. I understand worker safety and cannot fault him though I think his rotund exterior added to him not wanting to climb into or out of my attic. Then he decided to tell me that my home wreaked throughout of trash and it was unsanitary! Blue Frog employees will never again be welcome or invited to my home.Update: I called another plumbing service. They had a very nice and professional man out early the next morning. He immediately went into the attic and began taking my hot water heater apart. He brought it to my attention that while he could/would service it, he recommended replacing it. So that's what we did. The only conclusion that I can fairly come to is that blue frogs tech didnt want to do the job and didnt want my business. Not a problem! All pro earned my business today and for every job here after.

I called for an appointment to get my ac system repaired . I also scheduled an appointment online for the ac system repair . 1st Call did call back. They also confirmed an appointment for the same day as I requested. That was all good and satisfactory.The technician arrived within the time frame of the appointment. Again, good. The technician was professional and quickly diagnosed the problem. He efficiently repaired the problem. (The system drain was clogged). I supplied the chemicals (bleach and hot water). The technician was at my residence approximately a half hour. The repair took at most 15 minutes.I felt the price of the repair was high , but after talking to owner , a reasonable fee was agreed to. .Overall the company did a good job . They were quick and responsive . The technician was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous .

Ajax paints a very nice picture over the phone. I had them install a back flow preventer and paid over $900. I then got the city inspector to look at new preventer and they told me it was the wrong valve and the wrong size. I feel taken advantage of because I have no knowledge of sprinkler system but I should have check Ajax out first, my bad.

Mr Mitch and Red Brass impressed me with his knowledge of how to handle my problem. He finished the job in a timely manner. He practiced safe COVID-19 measures.

I Needed a hot water tank replaced. Allpro sent Cody to discuss our needs,cost,and concerns. He was very knowledgeable, polite and helpful with all of our questions and concerns of quality, cost and the process of the removal and replacement. I had called other companies and found Allpro to be the most satisfying(read reviews and costs). The cost was not the lowest but as they say and I have experienced many times before you get what you pay for. The replacement appointment was set to my needs. The work was done by two knowledgeable technicians that got the work done quickly and very satisfactorily. They knew what they needed to do from start to finish. I felt very comfortable and didn't feel I had to look over their shoulders or ask any questions. They explained what I would need to know with the new tank and setup etc., cleaned up and left me very comfortable with the whole process. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again for any future needs.

Our 2 year old got a toy stuck in the sewage line and caused all of our drains to back up. He was able to drive down from a different job in Boerne and have it fixed with in 2 hours from the time of the initial call. Chris was friendly, and was able to do the job cheaper than initially quoted. Would definitely recommend.

Fernando came out on a Saturday to install a water heater expansion tank and to replace a high pressure regulator valve. Fernando accurately diagnosed the plumbing issues and provided me with with my options and estimates. The labor cost was $500 less than other plumbing companies. Fernando took his time when performing the work and even went out of his way to instruct and explain the process. I would highly recommend Fernando and/or Roto-Rooter to anyone looking for a plumbing issue done right with a fair price. Thanks for a job well done!!

I had an issue with a water leak and decided to contact Tietze Plumbing to come out, inspect the problem, and repair the leak. When I called to schedule an appointment I was instantly treated with kindness and respect as the young woman helped to schedule the service visit. Then once the time and date were selected, I received an immediate text confirmation. This is such a great appointment confirmation! On the day of the service, Jaimes texted to inform me that he was on his way. He arrived promptly and immediately spoke with me to better learn what my concerns were, before going out and conducting an investigation. Once he had diagnosed the issue, he was quick in providing me with three options for repair. He took his time explaining each option and sharing the pros and cons of each one.
