Had bluefrog plumbing come out to help us with a water backup problem I was having. Clinton who is a plumber with bluefrog came out and by far was very knowledgeable in breaking down the problem for me and what my options were, he was very professional in providing feedback with a camera he ran through all the piping and suggesting what he can do to resolve the issue. He also discovered a clean out I had that the previous owners of this house may have covered up with landscaping rock, witch we were relieved to know we had one all along, that’s what u call honesty witch means a lot nowadays any company could of lied and tried to sell us a clean out install just to make $$, so thank you Clinton and bluefrog plumbing.

This team is by far the most reliable, knowledgeable, best team we have ever had in our home. We have used them for electric, AC, pipes and endless plumbing. Each service provider really does a fantastic job of explaining what our problem is and walking us thru the repair. We have found our home repair team for good. Opens early, opens weekends .. had what I was looking for.

We discovered what looked like a foundation leak on Mon. morning. It was fixed by Mon. evening, without an after hours upcharge! Mr. Mitchell made the time to come out within a few hours of calling, and quickly assessed the issue. He quoted a fair estimate, sent two very nice and capable young men to make repairs. Within a span of a few hours, all work was professionally done, and they even cleaned up after themselves. It's not often you hear people talk about integrity, and doing the right thing by charging a pair price while they provide great service. You will if you hire Mr. Mitchell & crew. He is the needle in the haystack.

There are cheaper options, but you definitely get what you pay for with these guys! I got an HVAC Inspection scheduled for the day after calling to set up an appointment. Fabian was the epitome of professionalism: on time and very approachable, personable, and knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly and gave me several different options that I could choose from, and he was able to come back the next day to do the actual maintenance. You can just tell he's an upstanding guy. Dude is seriously best friend material. 10/10 would hire again.

Premier installed a water heater and water softener a while back and they came out today for a maintenance check. Jonathan and Justin were on time, very friendly and thorough. First time experience with this business. Called about a leak at the shut off valve. Came out that day to give a free estimate. Gave me 3 options for fixing the problem. The estimate was in writing and once I decided which option to go with I was called the next day and the work was done. Angel and Jon Jon the crew that came to do the work were very thorough in explaining the work to be done. Did a great job and left the job site back to normal. Payment was easy. They accept cash, check and major credit cards.

Called BG Plumbing in an emergency type of situation. Our sewer line had been broke due to some heavy equipment in our backyard. Tsanko answered the call and came out with in 24 hours to evaluate the repair and gave me an estimate to fix it on the spot. He showed up early the next morning and knocked it out in less than 3 hours and we were back in service in no time. Tsanko lives and works in the Stone Oak area and is the ideal company to have in your phone contacts when you need a plumber if you live out this way. Very friendly and personable gentleman who is professional and does exactly what hey says he's going to do!
