Best Emergency Service in San Antonio TX

I called after I got off work, they showed up and finished all within an hour of my call. They were very personable and professional. They knew exactly what the issue was off the bat and bore scoped the pipes for my personal comfort at the end. The price was very good for the job.

We were charged $13,000 to replace our main sewer line. We recently were contacted by the subcontractor who dug the 50 ft hole for the pipe. Blue Frog owes them over $81,000 for subcontracting work and this subcontractor is now filing a lawsuit. The charge for the hole was $1,750 by this subcontractor but Blue Frog charged us $13,000!!!!! I am reporting Blue Frog to the Attorney General for Deceptive Trade Practices, the Federal Trade Commission and the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners. They also charged us $432 twice for a permit and an Assistant???? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE OVER CHARGING THEIR CUSTOMERS. I REPEAT, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL SOON BE OUT OF BUSINESS WHEN THE ATTORNEY GENERAL TAKES ACTION.

Called them about a busted water pipe on the 15th, as of today the 26 not even a call back. I'm blessed to have friends to come help me

Way too expensive! Almost $300 for 10 minutes worth of work. Never calling them again!!!

Mitch came out to snake out our kitchen sink, once you get to talk to this man, you get that feeling of knowing you found the right person, not only did he replace our water heater, he also ran new piping and connectors to ensure we wouldnt have any other issues as the existing pipes were a little outdated, dont waste your time looking for anybody else. Outstanding service as well as an outstanding person

It was great. I had seven things to be fix or replaced. Joe listened carefully. Explained fully how he was going to correct them. Walked me through the choosing of a new kitchen sink and facet. Which involved many questions on my part. He even remembered the name of my dog from a previous visit.I was pleased with the costs and quality of the work.

After having a bad experience with another plumping company, I called roadrunner plumping and explain to them the situation and they guaranteed us they would be out after 4 the same day. I called around around 2:36 and by 2:50 I got a text saying Julian Ramos was our plumber, gave a brief description of him self and picture. Was on his way and even gave us a tracking of where he was at on his route to us. He came very nice, checked our clogged and repaired it in a very timely manner. Service was awesome! Highly recommend!

We met David when the water heater to our home suddenly gave out. My spouse and I were first time home buyers and were very hesitant about who we wanted to call since we did not want to be taken advantage of. David explained everything in detail, was super professional, and was extremely knowledgeable about everything plumbing related. I called ROTO Rooter for plumbing issues after calling a couple of other companies who claimed to be 24/7 and they were the only ones willing to come out. Dustin G. came out late in the evening on a Sunday to help me with my plumbing issue. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable and efficient but was an absolute pleasure despite it being late on a Sunday. I cannot express how pleased I was with the service I received. I would recommend them without hesitation and specifically Dustin.

i paid 4m to fix leak, now almost a month later,leak reappeared. called and they said they would send plumber at 3pm, it's already 4pm and no one showed, no answer, no response to texts, and no follow up. totally unacceptable will not deal with again!!! water still leaking! totally unreliable and waste of money. stay away from 4M, you've been warned.

I had 2 teams from Caliente in my home (new AC/furnace) and water softener) at one time. The AC was definitely not an ideal situation since getting the equipment in place was pretty hideous. as the only access to my 'attic' is either spiral staircase or pull down attic ladder. The unit that went behind the house was pretty ugly, too. Both teams were very nice and professional. I'm a repeat customer as they can come out on evenings and Saturday if necessary. I'm thinking the ROI in the long run will be good with the new programmable thermostat.

John came to an emergency water leak withing 45 minutes of calling. He replaced a broken pressure valve and left the yard clean and tidy. He gave me a receipt with a one year warranty and a refrigerator sticker. Gill Plumbing saved the day during rush hour traffic and did a perfect job. I highly recommend him to the people who live in Hill Country Retreat and the Alamo Ranch area.

Tony and Josh did a great job replacing our hot water heater and a minor toilet repair. Big City was one of the lower estimates that I had gotten and the final bill was actually lower than the estimate! Tony and Josh were 2 hard-working young men and professional. Definitely recommend Big City!

This company is first class. They originally installed my water heater and I have used them for two consecutive annual services. They respond to calls right away and are very easy to work with. Professional & Friendly!

Never had a experience with this company before but I've been wondering why they are always constantly posting for new hires. Especially for front office, I guess that's a sign to stay away.

***Grossly Overpriced***I didn't have any service performed, but was convinced that they were competitive with their pricing and thus I was willing to pay the $40 fee for getting a quote (with the $40 fee going toward the service). So, I just paid $40 for a ridiculous price quote...They use a book of grossly inflated figures as a basis for their estimate, not a standard materials and labor quote. To run a gas line less than 20 feet (closer to 12 feet), they wanted $1,100 plus a $150 inspection fee.This would realistically be less than $200 in materials (very likely under $100, since it is just pipe, a few joints, and a terminal) and would take maybe 3 hours in labor max. That would make their labor charge run somewhere over $250/hour!This place says they are consistently at the top of the ratings for plumbers in San Antonio, as rated by Ang**'s list. I have no idea how they are able to do that while charging customers such outrageous rates.I would encourage you to look elsewhere unless you just don't care about the amount you are charged.

Called on a Friday said he would try to come on Saturday, then called again said he would come on Monday, then said he'd come on Tuesday morning still no show. Waited all day for 3 days for nothing!!!
