These guys are great and professional. They came out to fix a leak from the main waterline and were fantastic from the first phone call. Set an appointment right away, called to let me know they were on the way and did an awesome job.

Our main sewer line broke, with water coming from the base of the toilet & floor...after 4PM on a Friday. Called Bluefrog Plumbing...Anthony Bump to the rescue. Anthony's service, professionalism, honesty & patience is excellent. He explained the diagnosis, repair timeline, showed us the damaged sewer line and answered our many questions. We never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision and by then it was Friday night when he finished. The team that repaired, dug & backfilled were all professional & kept us informed each step of the way. We appreciate the corporate culture of Bluefrog, Anthony and the teams who worked replacing our sewer line.We were so pleased, we had Bluefrog back to do more plumbing work.We highly recommend Bluefrog Plumbing!

The plumber, Tony, that serviced our home was great. But this company charges ASTRONOMICAL prices. They charged $390 to remove and replace a dishwasher. I admit it was a task but not for that price. Then charged $122 to clear and reset a garbage disposal which in my opinion didn’t need to be done. They also charged charged me $158 to install a $10 emergency shut off valve, which took approximately 5 minutes to replace. I usually don’t complain and this company was highly recommended to us. I have a friend who does plumbing and unfortunately he was too busy to do our work. He did say we got TOTALLY RIPPED OFF! I received an apologetic email on Friday 8/30 from the operations manager claiming they would reach out to us on Monday morning to try to remedy the situation. Coincidentally my original complaint magically disappeared. Well a week and a half later and we have not received any follow up call. I feel they take your money and move on. Upon looking at other reviews, I see complaints are quite common. I should have researched this prior to their recommendations because I clearly would have used someone else.

I had some issue with water flow, I have an older home and I started having issues I took a chance to visit with Mitch (owner) as his was doing some work for my neighbor. I explained the issue that I was having he was glad do give me an estimate. I contracted him to do the work he was always on time and kept me informed to how progress was going stayed on budget work done in a timely manner. I strongly recommend red brass plumbing. I’ll always keep his number handy.

Excellent customer service. Quickly came out, identified the issue with our backed up toilet, and had it working again in no time flat! Also had solutions for the stagnant water smell that sometimes comes from our drains. Very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Leo took great care to make sure our home stayed clean and tidy as well. Will definitely recommend and plan to use again if any further issues in the future!

I found a water leak coming in May 2022 off my meter valve at the supply point, a 3/4 PVC 90 elbow had cracked as it came out from the supply line at the box. I had turned off the water, dug up the line, and cleaned out the area, cleaned the piping, so the plumber could get to it. I called several plumbing companies, and Roadrunner said they had a person who could come out in 30-45min. Since the water to my house was off, I selected Roadrunner since they were the fastest to respond. The plumber arrived as stated, I showed him the area, already dug up, where the leak was, and what needed to be replaced. I asked him for a rough estimate, seeing that it would probabilty take 30 miles to repaiir. He took some photos, sent them back to the office, and got an estimate back of $380. I thought the cost was high, based that the area was dug completely, the leak was identified, the water turned off, and all he had to do was cut the 3/4 PVC in 2 places, put in 2 90's and a 6' drop down pipe.I OKed him to do the job since he was there, and he did a good job doing it. He also completed the replacement of 2 3/4 brass ball valves since they were rusting in the same area; and the price was $460.Overall, work was done in satisfactory manner, but I thought the price was high for the replacement of the PVC line, which took less than 30 mins with all the prep that was done by me. In the future, I will ask for a hourly rate; he was there about 45 minutes.

We have used Rockstar Plumbing or 4 projects and have referred them to friends as well. They are quick to respond, normally great availability, on time and professional. Chris and Gilbert have helped us today and with one other project.

Alamo Plumbing Solutions replaced my entire main line and updated all my downstairs plumbing in a 1928 house, including trenching and connecting the main line, venting, and replacing all pipes and a p-trap for the pedestal sink. Made sure everything looked great and quoted me a price far less than a leading national company. Came within one day (on a holiday too) when our electric company hit our new line while burying the wires and fixed it by the next day! Arrived at our clinic on time. He gave a great explanation of what was wrong with our toilet. They did have to leave to retrieve the new toilet but did so in a timely manner.
