My AC stopped cooling at 10:00P on a Saturday night. After calling 4 other companies. Getting the run around and poor customer service, I finally reached out to 1st call. Daniel answered the phone and put my concern for finding someone who cared about my problem to rest. He was kind, professional, nice and had a sense of urgency to get someone out to my house quickly! A few hours later, Chris showed up to my 85 degree house with a smile on his face and on time! He immediately got to work and and had pin pointed this issue within 10 minutes. He explained the issue in depth and told me what it would take to fix it. He wasn’t a pushy salesman. He was truly there to help and for that I am so thankful! He changed out my capacitor and then did a diagnostic. Putting the stress and worry of having to replace my AC as ease. He gave my family service that we didn’t know still existed! He was honest, fun to work with, knowledgeable, quick and efficient! He has a customer for life and I will be recommending him to everyone I know. If you need AC or plumbing service, look no further! Same day service. I was quoted a price over the phone. After the technical arrived he said there was no need to replace everything in the toilet tank. Therefore I paid about 1/4 of the price I was expecting to pay.

Highly recommend this company! When our AC died they were out the same day offering me options that suit my home/family needs. Unfortunately, our unit was too old to service so we had to get a new one. The rep that sold us the unit was professional and listened to us and our needs. The next day the team of installers were here and taking care of business. The installation team was awesome and respectful of our spaces and asked to enter every room prior to going in. Post inspection with Omar A. was smooth and he even did some extra finishing touches to the unit based on our needs from just chatting with us. Again, I'd recommend this company to anyone that is looking for quality work from quality people.

2-23-21 These fine gentlemen came and fixed my ruptured pipe in my ceiling a week after the infamous 2021 Texas freeze. They pinpointed the rupture within minutes of arriving and had it repaired within the hour. True professionals, I will be recommending these guys to everyone I know. Thank you so much.

Joey and Timothy descaled my tankless hot water heater and repaired my toilet

I accidentally ran over the water line box that belongs to my friends neighbor. My friend called this company and Joe came out so fast and fixed it even faster. It wasn’t as much as I thought it was going to be either. So all around it was wonderful service and experience, even though I was on vacation visiting from NM.

So they were contracted to my house from the home warranty company to fix my water heater. So of course the warranty company tells us not to worry everything is covered, well Santiago goes out and tells me they'll get back to me because they have to wait for a authorization code I was so mad at him that I went off on him. So I called the warranty company again to tell them what he was telling me. They tell you what you want to hear of course that's the title of a customer service rep. So when Alamo Plumbing Solutions comes out they call the back line and actually speak to the authorizations department. At first I didn't believe that the home warranty company would try to make me pay anything out of pocket. I Also didn't think they would make me have to wait 2-3 days for them to ship to shop the water heater. Well I went to Alamo Plumbing office to tell them look the customer service rep said I didn't have to wait for my water heater. Santiago was at the office at the time when I showed up. He showed me the confirmation of the water heater being ship to shop and then I was furious I called the back line to the home warranty company which the home warranty company is sneaky and doesn't want the homeowner to call. I felt bad for the plumber because after doing my research I found out that when you call the home warranty company your call is answered by a rep in another state possibly even an other country. He tried to even give me one of is water heaters that he stocked in his office. Of course the warranty company didn't want that either. I am writing this review to thank Alamo Plumbing Solutions for trying their best to help me and I'm sure other home warranty customers. Also be aware they wont pay your plumbing contractor nights or weekends so don't think about them sending anyone after hours or on a weekend. If it sounds too good then maybe it is!!
