Best Emergency Plumbing Repair in San Antonio TX

Schedule an appointment and they didn't call nor show up. Then reschedule and again didn't call nor show. I wouldn't waste your time. Call a more professional business.

Had a leak in an old cast iron fitting behind our sink. Clinton and Joe were on time and pretty quick about getting it changed and updated to PVC. There was also a clog in the line that wasn’t apparent when the fitting was changed. I called back and within a couple hours Clinton/Joe came back to unclog the line and did some additional diagnostic work free of charge. Plumbing issues are not my forte, so I really appreciated their professionalism and expertise in helping me understand what was causing the blockage.

Customer service was responsive, understanding and very helpful. Our plumber was professional, thorough, punctual and skilled. I would definitely use Mr. Rooter again.

Chris Mcburney, Johnnie Griffin, Randal Dobbs & Junior Lara were very professional and courteous. We appreciate all your hard work finding the problem causing our 2 yr old unit to freeze up. Doing your best to work with our job schedules and dealing with these crazy 100° tempts. It is working good now and we will definitely will call back in the Fall for maintenance check & services. Price was higher than the competition, but they did respond quickly and on a Sunday night when I had an emergency. I paid $250 for an emergency visit that was $150 from all my other quotes. The technician was a nice guy and very professional, but didn't have the right parts to cap my pipe off and installed a temporary fix. I would have been forgiving of that in my review if the price wasn't so much higher than the other quotes. I selected them because they were the fastest to get here, but they lost my long term business because of the cost. It is a shame because had the prices been more competitive I would give them a glowing review for customer service.

Our 2 year old got a toy stuck in the sewage line and caused all of our drains to back up. He was able to drive down from a different job in Boerne and have it fixed with in 2 hours from the time of the initial call. Chris was friendly, and was able to do the job cheaper than initially quoted. Would definitely recommend.

I called late in the evening and made an appointment for the following morning to repair my clogged kitchen sink. They showed by 9:30 ready to work. They didn't just clean the P-trap, they used an industrial snake to clean 70 feet of pipe to insure great water flow and flushed some cleaning solution thru the pipes as well. I gave 4 stars because it was costly ( but worth it ), service was a 5

I had a water heater and water softener problem. I neede a fast repair and it was Saturday. Looked up Caliente on Home Advisor and put in my request, not expecting much. Rick called me, came out quickly, told me what I needed, gave me a fair price. He replaced both right away. I really liked Rick. He seemed honest and fair!

John and his apprentice came well equipped and were very knowledgeable. They used cameras to identify the problem areas (there were several), and diligently cleaned out the many clogged pipes in the older home I recently bought (some of which had likely been clogged for years). He gave me estimates for two options to fix a more major repair that isn't an immediate issue, and all the while he explained everything as they went. They were friendly, easy to talk to, cleaned up as they went, and most importantly they were able to fix my drains! I couldn't be happier and I will absolutely call John Gill for any future plumbing issues I have.

By far the best plumbing company I have ever used in San Antonio. They were punctual, responsive, Customer centric and communication was fantastic. I also respect how this company has strong team values ( if you follow them on facebook you will see this). They will continue to get all of my business and I highly recommend them.

I had a main sewer line problem today. I called so many plumbing companies but no one wanted to come out because it was past 6pm, they were done for the day & tomorrow is 4th of July (even places that say 24hr plumbing) I was giving up, thought I had to wait till the 5th for someone to come but I decided to call one last company & that was Alamo Plumbing Solutions. I was shocked when he told me he would come within the hour & at such a reasonable price. Santiago showed up & did the camera & locator thing & marked the problem areas in the alley. (SAWS will have to repair) Would do business again. Thanks for your service!

Don’t work with warranty with this company!!! Until they get their foot in your house they lie that your warranty coverage pays for labor and won’t be rude. Once you let them diagnose and fix with factory warranty, they don’t work with the manufacturer! They disagreed with them for some reason after I believed it would be covered and demanded me to pay for the labor. The general manager turned into a nightmare on the phone. Started to send legal threats until the money is paid on site, won’t even agree to give me 15 minutes so I can figure things out. It was over 200$. I should have paid a new unit. To be honest it only took them less than 45 minutes to fix and deal with the whole thing. I didn’t even waste their time. I hate arguing and getting in stressful disputes so it was worth me paying to avoid these bullies. This business is now a legal scam! 250$ labor for 45 minutes?! Please avoid them at all cost, TAKE MY ADVISE!
