I really appreciated that the technician arrived prior to his scheduled appointment time because I was anxious to get my sink working again, since the company called in advance to confirm it was okay. He was very professional and provided us with details of what to expect since I was working from home. During work calls, I was able to warn my callers about the noise level. I especially appreciated that the technician wore his mask correctly and was very respectful of the way he quietly entered and exited the home regularly when getting equipment from his vehicle. I would highly recommend Blue Frog Plumbing and plan on using them again, if needed.

No problem with the work and time spent. Simple. I asked to have a flushing mechanism replaced on one of my toilets. Wow. So seriously overcharged, it was beyond belief. They were already here and it took them 10 mns, so I went ahead with it. Will not use them again because of the exorbitant charge....

One of our toilets was not flushing and backing up to our bath tub. We tried a plunger but ended up making more of a mess in the tub. 1st Call came out and quickly got it to drain. After cleaning up the mess. I asked them to change out the old toilet. It didn't take long and now were able to use both our bathrooms again. Thanks for the quick repair!

Mitch was very professional and once I called he was at my location within an hour, which was such a relief given 5 other plumbers told me they couldnt make it out until next week. He fixed my bathtub faucet that would not stop running in such a timely fashion despite having to leave to purchase a part and come back to finish the job. I highly recommend this business!!

Saturday morning and no hot water due to a leak that started in the tank. Called Caliente and said a technician would be here around 4:00. Joe arrived at 2:30. Assessed the situation and by 6:00 we had a new hot water heater and hot water to shower 7 kiddos. Wow and thank you Joe!!

I was looking for a second opinion because the first plumber we used was not the best. From day one Rafaela let me vent and reassured me every step of the way until the technicians could get out to the house that they would be able to help me. She gave me an estimate of what I needed to be done, which made me feel more comfortable because the previous plumber charged us $1,100. But the estimation from this company was only a quarter of that price. Even after a mishap from the Air mitigation time from another company Rafaela was able to dispatch a team to the house to do a quick valve replacement. The team that came out to do the valve replacement was Gerald and Craig. Mind you, I just had foot surgery and was mentally drained when they got to the house. Gerald and Craig were very understanding of the frustration I had and eased my mind. They basically made me feel like I had nothing to worry about and that it would be fixed. They did the job so quickly, and we were able to turn the water back on. I am so grateful for that team because if they did not come out, we would not have been able to shower. The team that came out to run a camera in my pipes to give my insurance an estimation was Luis and Timothy. These two were troopers. I had scheduled the home warranty team, the insurance claim adjuster, and Big City Plumbing at the same time. Luis and Tim were very thorough, upfront, straightforward, forward, and exhausted all means to camera my pipes. I thank god for this company that was able to help my family and me to figure out all these plumbing issues we have. If you are looking for a company that is really out to take care of you, you have found it here with Big City Plumbing. They offer a military discount and even a Client care plan. I was charged $325 to run a camera through main line and a 10 ft. drain snake down the toilet. Toilet remained clogged after plumber’s attempt. However, to really unclog it will require a plumbing modification for $3400. He justified the charge because your plumbing was not done correctly according to the camera view. Glad I was able to unclog by pouring a full bottle of bleach and letting it work over several days for $3.49. Never again ??..Oh and they never sent a receipt over email or other. Service or lack of service was provided in the West Creek subdivision. Update: Claim by company that they used an expensive sewer machine to justify cost is false. Unless the battery operated 10 ft. snake was made out of gold. Oh and call the office and ask for the receipt ..:Ha! Must be a new kind of customer service. Oh and the cost was minus $89 for trip charge… No receipt?

I had a leak on the copper pipe of my water heater so I called to make an appointment and I spoke to Fernando and he said Nathan would call me in a few minutes so Nathan did call back within 10 minutes and he told me he would be at my house in 45 minutes and sure enough he arrived at my home within those 45 minutes Nathan was awesome he told me how long it was going to be and a rough estimate I told him that was fine and he got to work and fix the leak and he didn’t charge me an arm and leg and mind you it was a Sunday I will definitely be giving them a call again
