I used their service over a year ago to help with a leaking garbage disposal. They were prompt, professional and timely. Replace the disposal and left me a business card. Fast forward to about a month ago, did a whole home remodel, the general contractor was taking their sweet time getting my new sink and disposal installed so I was STILL using the bathroom sink! Called, American Auger came out that week, hooked up the new single hole sink with my old disposal. Also installed a counter top button for my disposal and hooked up my new faucet!! I was ecstatic! He was very reasonably priced, timely and he cleaned up after himself which I only learned during this remodel that few do. Lastly I was told my water softener was “going out” but the general contractors plumber didn’t work on softeners, so tested my water, it was perfect. Explained why I was having the water pressure issue and why it wasn’t the softener, also explained the entire water testing process. Again, thorough, knowledgeable and professional! Cannot recommend enough!

Jorge arrived on time and went right to work. It took him no time at all to assess the problems with my dripping shower head and bathroom faucets. The faucets were an easy, quick no-cost fix that he explained what to do to prevent the same problem in the future. He then gave me a written estimate to replace the valve stem in the shower, which I concluded was acceptable, and asked him to go ahead with the repair. Only took him about 20 minutes. Gorge was friendly, very knowledgeable, and very professional. I really appreciated the tips he gave me on maintaining my plumbing in good shape. As a side note, the front office was very responsive to my initial inquiry and set up my service call for the next day. Great service from everyone at Will’s All Pro.

If you are reading this then you are here for the same reason I was. To find a plumber that you can trust that will really look at the issue and give you a fair price. I read the other reviews and called. First responsiveness I called at around 4:45 after my husband did some digging and we were not able to figure out exactly what to do and did not want to take a chance making it worse. When I called taking to Jennifer and Jess with it being so late said the next day would be best, which we were totally fine with, they allowed me to send pictures over and while I was sending the pictures over Joe was in the background and said let us come by and take a quick look - they came by that Evening within like 30 mins. First HUGE bonus just to know it was looked at - showed us immediately what the issue was and said they would back in the morning. Joe and Gilbert came out in the morning and within and hour and half they had us up and working - the price was so fair and they were very transparent. Used the best and updated parts. I am so happy I trusted the reviews and they showed their caliber not only actions but in follow up and response time they are truly top notch. HIGHLY recommend and will use again and again. They work closely with the home warranty companies (AHS in this case). Typical covered damages are diagnosed as “normal wear” or “unique” faults that exclude them from coverage. Newly installed fixture breaks and gets labeled “normal wear”. Greased palms by AHS and other slimeball companies designed to never pay out. $500 for chewing gum temp solution and no follow up. Keep looking if you have an emergency.

I've used 210 Plumber for many years. They bet to overpriced big name companies you see on TV. They come in go straight to the problem, fix it correctly, clean up after wards and no more plumbing problems. I've told all my friends about this company. I called yesterday around noon and they said they would be out between 5pm-6pm, Joe called at 6pm said was stuck in traffic-he arrived about 6:15pm, he checked for 2 clogged drains-was able to show my husband the issue and how to fix it with a simple part-the other drain was fine....we were very happy with his service and would definitely use them again-they could've easily took advantage of a simple solution but instead were very honest-knowledgeable and courteous...nice going Joe!

Worst experience dealing with AAA Auger. I called for an appointment, I told the operator that I had a clog main drain which I also informed him I used a 40ft snake which did not clear my drain. I told him that I used AAA Auger before and they unclogged my drain using a snake the plumber who showed up said he would rather use high pressure water that would be put into the drain and will unclog the drain I said what about the snake and he said this was better, well he goes into the drain 6ft and then water comes out of my yard, he then says you have a broken pipe there. The problem is he should of known the drain pipe is over 70 yes old and water pressure like that is not good for older pipes like that. Now this is where it gets worse. He charged $525 for running the pressure hose 6ft and says it will cost about $5000 to repair the drain completely. Where the hole came of the yard there is dead grass there there never a broken pipe there and the grass should of been green around the area. Where is the honor in our trusting some company you call it’s all about money now not helping customers who call and giving them good service. Mr Gamboa
