My mother had a leak at her home over the holiday weekend and when we called the owners, Kathy & Kevin, they jumped right on it and we were on the list to be seen right away as my mother had to turn her water off. This was very traumatizing as my mom is elderly and needed some help. Roy was the ultimate gentleman as he worked hard to repair her leak. On time. The office calls you to tell you they’re on their way. Went over everything before the job. Slightly pricey but the warranty is great (5 years). Pipes broken and water not draining properly. Jaime was the lead lumber and his crew that were here were very respectful and courteous. The Saturday crew (Daniel and his coworker) worked nonstop (except for lunch break) and were here all day digging and done before sundown. Everything fixed. Cleaned everything up. This whole crew were hard working guys. Always kept us informed. Good job!!! ?

Went above and beyond by providing me a personalized letter of observations (including photographic evidence) with estimates that I could use to give to the seller.

Very affable and personable company to deal with. From the outset, you get a feeling of family owned, small business, who are in your corner. There's no upselling from the first person on the phone or whoever's coming for the call. They are forthright with pricing and what needs to be done. Probably because, they get paid hourly and not commission basis. Raul is new with the company but he's experienced in this area and has seen and done enough to clearly anticipate the problem and later prove it with clear evidence. He knew what will need to be done and was very confident. He provided options with pros and con so that I could make a decision I was happy with. Jon Jon accompanied Raul with the diagnostics and he was very polite making a quick job of the whole process.I'm very pleased to have made this acquaintance and hopeful that my job will be completed satisfactorily. Sewage blockage and main line problems are always stressful but they made it less stressful with a clear understanding of the problem and providing clear solution.Update: Their estimate quote was the priciest. Plus, when they ran the camera into the pipes, which I paid good money for, they only looked at one leak and stopped. Turned out there was another break. Taking couple of stars for that. Disappointed with it.

We did not personally use their plumbing services; however, we called to request details about previous work that had been done by 4M Plumbing at our new home. They were extremely helpful, kind, and informative. If we ever have issues in the future, we will be reaching out to them.

John and his apprentice came well equipped and were very knowledgeable. They used cameras to identify the problem areas (there were several), and diligently cleaned out the many clogged pipes in the older home I recently bought (some of which had likely been clogged for years). He gave me estimates for two options to fix a more major repair that isn't an immediate issue, and all the while he explained everything as they went. They were friendly, easy to talk to, cleaned up as they went, and most importantly they were able to fix my drains! I couldn't be happier and I will absolutely call John Gill for any future plumbing issues I have.

Big City Plumbing is awesome! They've been great customers for several years where I work and have always been easy to work with. I had the pleasure of being their customer today.Like most people in our area, I had a pipe burst with the winter storm and was without water. I reached out to Big City Plumbing and they got us taken care of as fast as they could. Understanding that they're busier than ever and they're trying to take care of everyone, I was so happy to see them as quick as we did. We were fortunate enough to have our leak not damage the main part of the house but rather a small corner of the garage. It was almost impossible to repair the broken pipe so they replaced the line coming into the house with a new line and added an easy access shut off valve right by the garage.Both Homer and Travis were professional, respectful, and easy to work with. With as much work as I'm sure they're having to do, I was impressed with how relaxed and professional they were about things. I can't say enough about how great everyone was during this fiasco. They got our water on and made sure that the new pipes were well insulated so that we shouldn't have this problem again.Big City Plumbing is a fantastic company, with great people from top to bottom.
