After getting several price quotes from plumbers, I chose to hire Chambliss to install a water softener in my home. My house was pre-plumbed for a water softener; however, it was not done correctly and Kevin immediately recognised and diagnosed the problem. Once I got my homebuilder on the phone, Kevin spoke with them directly and explained the situation and offered potential solutions. He spent a few extra minutes helping us clean up the mess and speak with my homeowner at no extra charge.Kevin knows what he is doing and made sure that everything that touched this job was done right.

Andrew was wonderful! He was very knowledgeable, had excellent people skills, and explained everything he was doing. He showed me the inside view of my sewer drain using his camera. He went above and beyond his job and marked where an issue exists on the City's property for them to know where they need to go into the street to repair their portion of the line. I am thoroughly pleased with Andrew's overall performance.

I can not say enough good things about this company. I was told it's hard to find an honest plumber; well, I found a whole company of honest plumbers. With our recent weather, we had a busted pipe. When I called, I really expected the worst, but what I found was caring, professional human beings that were willing to do whatever they could to help us out. From the front office (I wish I could remember the lady's name because she deserves praise) to the guys who showed up with wrenches in hand, they were fantastic. The front office kept me informed, was polite, understanding and made me feel like they cared about us instead of it being a simple business transaction. The guys, Angel and Elisha, were just as awesome. They knew what they were doing, worked fast, explained everything step by step and answered all my questions. They were also willing to laugh and joke around with me late on a Friday night, in freezing temperatures while crawling underneath a 100 year old home to fix 100 year old pipes. In the end, I could not have been happier. I should add that I was shocked by the price....it was crazy fair and way less than I expected on such a night. They didn't take advantage of the situation at all. Good neighbors and good peopleIf you are looking for a company to partner with, this is who to call here in San Antonio.

After numerous calls to other plumbers, I called Big City Plumbing. Audra was great at listening to my problems, answering my questions, and then was able to give an exact quote. She scheduled someone to come out within the next few hours with no added emergency fee. I received a text message when the plumber was dispatched. I'm always a little skeptical when someone comes to my home that they may not have my best interest or try to up-sell me on other items because I don't know about that particular field. Well, Antonio Solis came to my home, was very friendly, polite, knowledgeable, took the time to answer all my questions, and never seemed to be rushing. I felt appreciated from beginning to end, and I will be sure to contact them for all my additional plumbing needs. I also liked that my receipt was emailed immediately to me. Thank y'all so much!

I was amazed. I tried Armendia first - a mistake. JRs guys came out, got the job done quickly, and charged a reasonable price. Didn't charge for time spent chasing parts. Don't pay for tv & radio ads, and maintaining a large fleet of trucks. Call these guys and pay for plumbing!

During recent storm, needed copper elbow repaired...had couple plumbering companies fall through due to improper equipment and supplies, lack of knowledge or unavailability, no water for 6 days...while a neighbor was helping to repair the elbow they reached out to me at noon today to see if I still needed their services, had plumber available same day and fixed right away...they were prompt, professional, efficient, had right equipment and got my water running! Most definitely recommend them...will be using their services in the future...

An outside pipe burst during the Texas deep freeze. A neighbor recommended People’s Choice Plumbing when others were estimating they “might” be able to respond in two weeks..David and Gene were able to get to our repair in two days!They fixed the pipe, checked for other leaks, and offered suggestions for better winter protection for our pipes in the future. Frankly, given the circumstances, I expected to pay more than the $300.00 charged.I will definitely use their services again, if needed, and happily recommend People’s Choice to anyone who is looking for a great plumber.
