George Plumbing is a professional company whose techs arrive on time and in uniform. I have used them several times. The last time the job was to tell me whether an electric water heater should be repaired or replaced. The tech manged to spin out his labor to 2 hours, then told me he could replace the small electric water heater for $1300. And, oh yes, the bill was $300. So, beware, the company is pricey.

Installation of water softener was completed professionally and they upgraded the pvc pipes to more weather resistant material. Always a superior job. I have counted on them since 1994.

This company is amazing! Reached out the first time and got an appointment scheduled with them and they arrived on time. The service guys were very organized and came in straight to work. They educated me on what was the problem and how they were going to fix it and the price before hand. Would definitely reach out and recommend them to others. 10/10.

Went in on Wednesday, and was quoted $800 to replace a hot water heater, this morning when I went in was quoted again $800 for repalcement, but when they called me to confirm their price went up to $950. Was told by the the employee over the phone that we never discussed a price, which we did.

To start, Uryss M. got back to us on Yelp within 5 minutes...after standard working hours. They were professional, courteous, and mindful of my time. Mitch came to our home exactly when they said he would. He was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Not only did he explain everything regarding our home's plumbing, he was very friendly with our three dogs! He gave us a prompt and accurate estimate, and went way beyond expectations. He did the work immediately following diagnostic, and he finished the work brilliantly! I would recommend this company without hesitation!

I’m very pleased with Will’s All Pro Plumbing. Our old water heater quit at a bad time. We were tight on a budget but replacing the old water heater was the better option vs. fixing the old one. They were willing to work with us and dropped the price a bit. We had the water heater installed the same day. The person was very professional. I recommend this place.

May 10, 2023, Austin Cantu came by to service our water heater. Really nice, friendly, knowledgeable guy. As he was familiar with our Rheem model, he offered tips and pointers on maintenance, which I appreciated. After testing, he determined the heating elements were bad. He found it still had a warranty and ordered the parts for us. Afterwards, he presented us with the options to have him install the parts only, or the parts and additional suggested nice-to-have parts, or have someone else install the parts. We liked him and asked him to come back when we got the parts only. I've dealt with plumbing companies before and they all push to sell their services. I totally understand. But I didn't feel like I was on the defensive with Austin. He told me the options and I told him what I needed and that was it. It was a pleasant experience and I didn't have to justify my decision. I look forward to seeing him again. I hope I don't need to but if I do, I hope I get Austin on my next plumbing problem. I totally recommend him. And no, he's not related to me, but I wish he was!

First time experience with this business. Called about a leak at the shut off valve. Came out that day to give a free estimate. Gave me 3 options for fixing the problem. The estimate was in writing and once I decided which option to go with I was called the next day and the work was done. Angel and Jon Jon the crew that came to do the work were very thorough in explaining the work to be done. Did a great job and left the job site back to normal. Payment was easy. They accept cash, check and major credit cards.

The absolute best. BG has helped us change out the inner workings of our toilet, cut into our wall to change out the value for our upstairs bath (to accept a new fixture), and last but not least change out our water heater. Communicating is a breeze and he has always been able to set up an appointment within days of when I request his services. I trust him completely and know that I am not going to get taken advantage of, so I never question what he quotes (versus the price gouging we experienced from Bullfrog one time, right after the recent winter storm).

Joaquín was exceptional. Came over on-time and was able to diagnose the problem within minutes. Replacement was fast. He had excellent customer service and top notch professionalism. Will definitely use Roto-Rooter moving forward!
