This review is a bit tardy but let me say that George's Plumbing is my go to when i have plumbing issues. First I had my water heater break and after getting prices from other companies, I was flabberghasted at the prices to replace a new water heater (it was placed in a week prior to me closing on the house) and many were for issues that wouldn't correct the issue; with George's Plumbing they were straight to the point and told me the cost and didn't add anything unnecessary and it was done quickly. Next time i had a issue with my master toilet and knew where the issue was but couldn't do it myself, called other companies wanting to charge me over $1000 and again none addressed the issue, they were sales people first trying to make a commission or something and then upcharge me to do the actual repair and George's Plumbing came in, told me if this fixes it great if not then we will start going down this rabbit hole and guess what it was corrected one and done. Always choose George's Plumbing, they won't steer you wrong, they are professional courteous and know what they are doing and won't try to sell you on un-needed items.

I called on a Saturday afternoon Mark was out within 2 hours of initial call. When he arrived he asked a few questions and figured out the problem with minutes. He was very down to earth but very professional. Will definitely use again and very satisfied.

Price was higher than the competition, but they did respond quickly and on a Sunday night when I had an emergency. I paid $250 for an emergency visit that was $150 from all my other quotes. The technician was a nice guy and very professional, but didn't have the right parts to cap my pipe off and installed a temporary fix. I would have been forgiving of that in my review if the price wasn't so much higher than the other quotes. I selected them because they were the fastest to get here, but they lost my long term business because of the cost. It is a shame because had the prices been more competitive I would give them a glowing review for customer service.

I found a water leak coming in May 2022 off my meter valve at the supply point, a 3/4 PVC 90 elbow had cracked as it came out from the supply line at the box. I had turned off the water, dug up the line, and cleaned out the area, cleaned the piping, so the plumber could get to it. I called several plumbing companies, and Roadrunner said they had a person who could come out in 30-45min. Since the water to my house was off, I selected Roadrunner since they were the fastest to respond. The plumber arrived as stated, I showed him the area, already dug up, where the leak was, and what needed to be replaced. I asked him for a rough estimate, seeing that it would probabilty take 30 miles to repaiir. He took some photos, sent them back to the office, and got an estimate back of $380. I thought the cost was high, based that the area was dug completely, the leak was identified, the water turned off, and all he had to do was cut the 3/4 PVC in 2 places, put in 2 90's and a 6' drop down pipe.I OKed him to do the job since he was there, and he did a good job doing it. He also completed the replacement of 2 3/4 brass ball valves since they were rusting in the same area; and the price was $460.Overall, work was done in satisfactory manner, but I thought the price was high for the replacement of the PVC line, which took less than 30 mins with all the prep that was done by me. In the future, I will ask for a hourly rate; he was there about 45 minutes.

David is professional, knowledgeable, prepared, hardworking and honest. He has a binder with pricing for all jobs, no pricing from off the top of the head. His rates are extremely reasonable and the job will be done with up to date knowledge and materials. Also, he will not try to sell you services you don’t need. I highly recommend this company and David.

Jonathan and Joseph came to service the water heater they installed last year. They arrived within the time frame promised and called to let me know when they were on the way. They were friendly but professional. They wore covers on their shoes to protect the floors and explained what they would be doing. When they ran a camera through the pipes they asked me to watch. Fortunately, they found no issues. And, although they explained the cost for their extended warranty they did not push or try to upsell any goods and services-- how refreshing! So many companies find issues that must be addressed at exorbitant costs but this was not the case with Premier Plumbing. They were definitely honest and I would trust them to address any future plumbing issues. They made sure to clean up and dispose of any trash before they left. I highly recommend Premier Plumbing and Jonathan and Joseph, in particular.

The technician, David, was on time, very professional, and did a great job fixing my plumbing issues. In addition, the price to fix the problems was much lower than many other plumbers I spoke with in the San Antonio area. I will recommend City Base Plumbing to my friends and family for any plumbing issues.

When I place the call to Roto-Rooter to get a person out within the hour in fact 30 minutes they were here the young man notice something else it was wrong and I authorize him to fix that as well and he did very well to get everything going I thank him and I will use Roto-Rooter every time I have a plumbing problem and Johnny was fantastic

This is the only company you should choose for your plumbing needs. They go above and beyond to ensure your needs are met to the standard you expect. They will not pressure you into anything you don't need. My recent technician Homer was the absolute best. Assesses the situation, discusses the best solution with you, and then has the work done in a very expeditious manner. Their pricing is way more than reasonable. Would give them more than 5 stars!!

Professional and reasonable

My 2 year old flushed Mr. Potatohead's hat down our toilet in our 20 year old San Antonio house. After a couple more flushes, the toilet stopped working. I called RotoRooter because I thought they had the tools to grind it to dust in the pipes. Surprise! The toy got stuck in the toilet itself and since it is porcelain it couldn't get pushed through. So, we had to go buy a whole new toilet. But, the plumber did the whole job (not including the toilet, which we chose to go out and buy ourselves so we could avoid the 2X markup and pick it out) for the same price as clearing the clog, which was $350- less after an Angies list coupon. This price still stung quite a bit because last time I had a drain clog cleaned by another company it only cost $75. So, our two year old is now looking for part time employment so he can pay off his debts. He is very talented especially when throwing tantrums.

David was awesome. Found the issue within 10 mins of arrival. Highly recommend.
