Like many people after the Texas Winter Storm of 2021, we had busted copper lines. Mr. Rooter was many of the plumbers I called and actually returned my call. I cannot thing them enough for their dedication and service. They got me scheduled and their plumbers (Tony and Dan) were top notch. Their dispatch (Katie) was professional and got me the help I needed in amazing time. I cannot refer them enough for their amazing work and professionalism. They came and fixed my copper pipes and gave my family and I the water we needed to live. Moreover, they did it in the most expedient way. They even had to go meet other colleagues to gather the parts we needed to fix our leak because they did not have on their truck. They did and were utterly amazing!!!!!!! Use them again and again. They truly saved my family's lives. Water is that important and they gave us that capability back. I'd give them a million stars if I could. Use them with confidence and know they will do you right, charge you fairly and bring you the desired result.

I actually had called on another company which never showed up. I called 1st call plumbing and they showed up they actually accommodated me to see me the same day. Needed a new water heater they were able to install the following day..And they showed up when they said they were.. Very satisfied and so excited to have hot water again. The technician Zakk Mc combs was so professional and explained everything in full detail..Awesome very happy!

After waking up to a flooded closet/bathroom I called Wills All Pro. They sent a tech (Brandon) out within a couple hours and he quickly identified the issue. It was not an easy fix but he explained everything to me, step by step and the next day, he and David (apprentice) came out and completed the repairs. The were professional, courteous, and very clean. They even cleaned up some of the mess that I made prior to calling them. The prices are reasonable and a la carte. My wife and I highly recommend Wills All Pro and will be passing along their information to our friends!

A big shout out to Rockstar Plumbing!! Had an emergency on Sunday, called Rockstar Plumbing and David came to the rescue.. He was on point!!!!! He is very professional, polite, knowledgeable, dependable and efficient. He was detailed and did an exceptional job! We had to call him out a second time on another plumbing issue during the week after 6 PM and came over immediately. Rockstar is our go to company for all our plumbing needs. We highly recommend him….

This will be my 3rd edit. I actually deleted 1st post, should have kept. From bad to good( with hope) to horrible. I previously complained about feeling cheated with no answers about my issues. (Toilet water raising while washer or sink was running on rinse). I was told told someone would come out to run camera for free, since it has not been ran through with the first visit. I was also told I would get a refund as well. I didn’t ask for it but they did felt it was the right thing. I was told what the issue was. Which put me at ease. Let’s just say. I was told it would take two weeks for refund. And if nothing to call them back. I waited four weeks. Called and called and left messages. Different departments. For what? No one calls back. Finally Someone calls back. Someone who told me about the refund. Was told due to COVID things were taking long. Wait another two weeks. Ok. I waited patiently again. 3-4 weeks. Nothing. I’ve called again. My last call and message was around the 4th or 5th time The second Time around. My last too. I felt like I was harassing them because I can’t get a darn call back. Also, I did Call a different manger, he told me to text him because he was busy. So I text as he requested.NOTHING. Again no one knows how to call back. At least acknowledge that the message was received. Damn. My last call. I finally get a call back from a new manager. Stating he will contact the person who did discuss and arrange my refund. Again. NOTHING. I’m tired of waiting. I’m sure someone knows what’s going on and passing the buck. I’ve been patient on what has been Over 3 months now!!! I’ve lost my patience. I did not name drop but I’m more than positive this is will be seen as my final straw. It’s obvious that my review was deleted and changed for the sake of their company. I get it. Bread and butter. But I deserve a response from anyone!! Someone!! Cause all those departments I’ve called and reached out to, are worthless. Should I name drop? Yes. But I will not. All I know is I’ve been cheated before. And definitely cheated again. I did not ask for anything. It was offered to me, so I accepted it as a token. Funny how it works out. I got text and voicemails to prove it as well. Oh well. What good is that?! I would give this a negative if I could! Great Job Roto!!!I did previously have an issue with my visit that I was not happy with because I did not get answers and felt cheated. I was contacted by Steve, excavation manager at the branch to discus what can be done to Improve my experience. I did explain my concerns, experience and expectations. Steve and his team made matters better by visiting my house to assist and diagnose the problem with a camera, which made my understanding a whole lot better. All I wanted from the start was communication and knowledge of what was going on With my plumbing. And I got just that. I do Greatly Thank You and Appreciate you gentleman for your professional and curiosity visit. I now have a different understanding.

Had water heater leak! Called Caliente because we've used them before. Ryan showed up early but did let me know he was on his way! He checked out the water heater and gave me an estimate! He went with me to exchange the unit since it was still under warranty. Came back and in no time he and another tech had everything installed and working. They did an excellent job! Everything looks great! Will continue to use Caliente again!

Big City Plumbing was very responsive, timely, and reasonably priced. They installed a new gas line and connection for an oven and also moved my gas water heater to the outside of my house. Big shout out to Charlie and his team for being very professional when confronted by a neighbor regarding the work they were doing, and communicating with my wife and I. I'll definitely use them again!

They fixed the leak problem right away. I appreciate that they used a simple way rather than tearing into the wall to fix the problem

Michael Angeles was my plumber and he was very clear about what the costs would be up front. He was courteous, on time, and did his best to efficiently diagnose the source of the leak and perform the repair quickly and well. He answered all of my questions and gave me information to prevent trouble down the road. He stands by his work, by giving me his cell phone number to call in case I had follow up questions later. His demeanor was pleasant and friendly, which made the work go easier. I would use him again, if I had problems in future.

David and his team were amazing and expedient. From the moment I called to make the appointment to the follow up calls to the service, every step of the way was building confdence and trust. Taking a risk on trade professions such a plumbing can be stressful but I assure anyone looking for a plumber there is zero risk with this company. I will recommend this company whenever possible.
