Technician was professional & worked really hard to clear drain to avoid any more expensive work being needed. Very careful about trying to clean up the mess created by the necessary work. Wow! I'm not one to leave a review but I was so totally impressed with Chris at Will's all pro. Scheduling was a breeze, he came on time (I even got a courtesy call). He was professional, thorough, and even told me how to fix a few of our problems myself. He drafted up a written estimate from his iPad and emailed it to me before he even left. We are selling our home and completing repairs and I've had about 8 different contractors in and out of here over the passed several days. He stood out way above the rest.

I have gotten 2 jobs from them 1st one was all kicthen and restroom plumbing replaced they did good job.The 2nd one was shawer faucets handles.they work for few months. When I call to have them come out and fix them. David answered and said he would not do it unless I upgraded to a more expensive job.(convert to newer model) so ? there goes the warranty. So if you not going to do a big job don't hire them. They don't respect warranty. And for 500 I don't feel like going to court.

My husband Roy and I have used Premier Plumbing twice, once for getting our water pressure valve regulator replaced and second time for locating a leak inside our home. Johnathon and his assistant were always on time, transparent about what needed to be fixed and the price and honest about everything. We will continue to use Premier Plumbing because of their professionalism and doing what is best for us rather than trying to upsell. Definitely will recommend this company to friends and family!

I always call Roto Rooter for my issues but never again. I called to schedule an appointment they informed me I would have a same day appointment with the time frame between 2-6. At 7:15 I get a call saying they will not send anyone out and I will have to wait till tomorrow. I was very upset and disappointed horrible customer service, if you schedule an appointment and I cleared everything I had going on to make sure I am available I expect to be assisted. Luckily another company earned by business and was able to assist me today.

Excellent service. Easy scheduling, called when technician was on his way, arrived early, finished quickly and returned bathroom to better than he found it — what more can you ask for when needing help? Anthony B is knowledgeable and courteous. He kept me informed of everything he was doing and explained how to avoid it from happening again. You hate to have to call a plumber — but when you do, it is nice to know a company like Tietze Plumbing is out there to treat you right.

They are dependable. Easy to talk to. They really do give you options and don’t push you into the expensive option.
