Called Mr. Rooter based on a referral from a colleague. I contacted them on Tuesday and they were able to schedule a consultation on Wednesday morning from 8AM-9AM for a quote. I received a text to confirm the appointment, a call when they were on the way, and a text with a photo of the plumber that would be on site. They arrived within the time frame provided. Peter Smith was polite and efficient. He assessed the work, created a quote for me, and was able to do the work same day! The install took a little over 2 hours, including the time it took them to go get additional parts for the install that I had not purchased with the water softer. Peter set the softer up, put in the salt I had purchased, took away all the trash, explained how the unit would work and informed me of a 90 install warranty. He captured before and after photos, and emailed the receipt and pictures as soon as the payment was taken on his iPad. I was very impressed with Peter and Mr. Rooter!

My experience with All Pro was AMAZING! There are multiple problems going on with our plumbing, lately. Naturally, that meant I've had MANY questions! Aaron Saenz, was able to get here earlier than expected, which was a GREAT thing, because the work ended up taking all day. Also, no matter how much I've asked, and hovered (out of curiosity for how everything works and concern for what was wrong), Aaron was SO, incredibly patient!He answered ALL of my questions, explained everything to me in great detail, and was never bothered by my preference to witness the process of almost every step. I found a water leak coming in May 2022 off my meter valve at the supply point, a 3/4 PVC 90 elbow had cracked as it came out from the supply line at the box. I had turned off the water, dug up the line, and cleaned out the area, cleaned the piping, so the plumber could get to it. I called several plumbing companies, and Roadrunner said they had a person who could come out in 30-45min. Since the water to my house was off, I selected Roadrunner since they were the fastest to respond. The plumber arrived as stated, I showed him the area, already dug up, where the leak was, and what needed to be replaced. I asked him for a rough estimate, seeing that it would probabilty take 30 miles to repaiir. He took some photos, sent them back to the office, and got an estimate back of $380. I thought the cost was high, based that the area was dug completely, the leak was identified, the water turned off, and all he had to do was cut the 3/4 PVC in 2 places, put in 2 90's and a 6' drop down pipe.I OKed him to do the job since he was there, and he did a good job doing it. He also completed the replacement of 2 3/4 brass ball valves since they were rusting in the same area; and the price was $460.Overall, work was done in satisfactory manner, but I thought the price was high for the replacement of the PVC line, which took less than 30 mins with all the prep that was done by me. In the future, I will ask for a hourly rate; he was there about 45 minutes.

He thoroughly explained everything, scheduled the work for a few days later, and returned when he said he would. He finished the work in a timely manner and did an outstanding job.
