I’ve had low water pressure for a few weeks now and have been putting it off for fear of the expense really. Well I went on google and found these guys, I went through their reviews and website which was professionally organized. I decided to give them a call. They came to my house within 24 hours and remained in contact with me. Quick response! Once they got here it was determined it was a pressure vale replacement / issue - they quickly diagnosed the issue and started working on it- within less than 2 hours - my issue was resolved. I thought this would cost me thousands but price was very reasonable. Good Price l, great quality job. A ruptured pipe on the house side of the PRV

We have a major job to be started ASAP. Tony, the technician walked us through every step as he pushed the camera as far as he could into our plumbing line. A second truck was called, in order to clean out the gunk stopping the line. We have roots invading our restroom literally coming out of the base. When commode was removed we saw the roots that were growing out into the house. SO FAR THE MAJOR JOB HAS NOT BEEN STARTED, so we will revisit the survey when the job is completed.

Contacted Ajax Plumbing and spoke to Tim on Friday 19 Feb about our busted water pipe. He sent Tino to us at 12pm the next day (Saturday 20 Feb). Tim called ahead as promised to let us know that Tino was on the way to our home. Tino did a great job, quickly discovering the break in our cold water copper supply line, explaining what was needed, and making the repair. Took about an hour from time of arrival to completion. Tim and Tino were polite and professional. Very grateful to Ajax Plumbing for their fast and professional service!

I needed a leak fixed and the gentleman never came at the time we scheduled or even gave the courtesy to say he wasn't coming at all.

He gave me options for future items that need to be taken care of, and explained all options, costs, and resources. Company is certified for tankless heater service and that's how I found them. However we have been calling them for the last several years for everything that's plumbing related. He's reasonable, work and material are excellent quality, they are responsive and on time. It's a nice thing to have: a reliable pluming professional you can always count on.

Earnest, the technician/plumber was exceptionally knowledgeable with his ability to diagnose the problem with my water heater. Ultimately it’s going to need to be replaced and he may be doing that work next. Today, he diagnosed the problem and showed me where the drain lines were And educated me about some need for water restoration and showed me where. He patiently walked through everything I need to know with his great depth of expertise. Thank you Earnest!

Travis was very responsive, knowledgeable, and overall great to deal with. He quickly identified the issue and repaired it just as quickly. He educated us on how often that particular leak normally happens and how to identify it in the future before it gets as bad as it was today.I also got testy with the dispatch lady, Becky and she was absolutely professional and I quickly apologized, I was indeed over zealous! I thank you all very much and will certainly call again.Update** Alex was awesome. He was on time and very professional. He asked if I had checked the breaker for my garbage disposal. I said I did...then he installed the disposal and it still didn't work. He went to check the breaker...yeeeppp. Lol. Anyway, he did a fantastic job. Cody (I think that was who was with him) was just as professional and knowledgeable. I love yall!

It was 6:30pm on a Friday night and we had a pipe leaking behind our wall and had to cut off water to the whole house to stop it. I tried calling other plumbers who either didn’t answer or told me they could come out on Tuesday. I called Ambition Plumbing and they told me they would be at my house in about two hours. Fernando was prompt, knowledgeable, and worked quickly. He not only fixed our pipe but gave us a run down of how to proceed with our house insurance. I don’t know how to do this kind of stuff, who really does? But Fernando was kind enough to explain and recommend someone to help with our insurance.

Had a pipe burst and they were one of the few that was willing to come out the same day! They were honest about the price and everything went exactly how they said! Will use again!
