Best Drain Clean in San Antonio TX

Great job taking of water heater. I had 2 other plumbers tell me I need a new water heater even still under warranty. George plumbing fixed it and took care of it. ?

Service was satisfactory and timely. Techs were great! However, it was not explained to me in advance that I would be charged extra because there were 2 plumbers dispatched. This seems a bit shady.

I called bluefrog plumbing and drain on a Thursday, they came out on a Friday and we agreed to a repair they scoped that same day. The employee was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and spoke openly and honestly with me. They have my recommendation for your plumbing needs.

Scheduled me the next morning. Came promptly and worked efficiently. Tino was kind and courteous, and he left the job site cleaner than he found it. Best of all, the leak was located and fixed.

I highly recommend Red Brass Plumbing. They are licensed, honest and reliable. I had a leak on my water main and they came out within an hour on a Saturday morning. All the plumbers I called before could not come out until much later. The charge was reasonable and I was not without water for long. Thank you Mitch!!

My concern isn't the lack of knowledge of the technicians hired but rather their pricing structure, a serious concern which has me questioning the ethics of this company. For a simple repair I paid over over $1,300 to fix (a two hour job). When I spoke to my general contractor and told him after the fact, his jaw nearly dropped to the ground. I honestly can't say I have ever paid a doctor or attorney this kind of money; it's appalling. Please do your homework and know that there are small businesses who truly care about helping people and aren't out to gouge customers who are in emergency situations.

First I would like to make a personal thank you to both Joe and Gil the plumbers that came out and did the job for us.In mu opinion both plumbers were friendly from the beginning and spoke very candidly about my service that I was needing done.I went with them because their price was in the budget I had set for my household and that Joe and Gil were willing to do the job that very day we spoke. Mind you this job was important and required to be done during most 3day holiday (New Years) where most business close down early to let their employees off to enjoy their weekend.Joe and Gil took my personal future issues to heart and came early in the morning when they would have already left for their weekend. Our toilet was leaking from the base, the wax ring was not sealing. BG Plumbing came out ON TIME and took care of my problem quickly and efficiently. He took out the old bolts sealed the toilet to the floor and calked around the toilet. It looks great. He didn't track in any mud or leaves, he was nice and informative and done in one hour and 15 minutes. His fee was reasonable. We were very happy.

This company was hired by my homeowner's insurance (American Home Shield) and I know that there is definitely something up with both. I already dropped AHS and moved to another homeowner's company, and would NEVER hire A&M. The customer service is trash. The technician I had was unprofessional and didn't care about my problem; didn't fix it either. AHS didn't hold them accountable. I dropped them both and went over to John Wayne and the difference is night and day.

Convenience is king. Came on a Sunday quoted a fair price and was ready to go on same visit as quote. Cant beat that with a stick. Technician was friendly and quick with service. You can't go wrong calling Caliente.
