We discovered what looked like a foundation leak on Mon. morning. It was fixed by Mon. evening, without an after hours upcharge! Mr. Mitchell made the time to come out within a few hours of calling, and quickly assessed the issue. He quoted a fair estimate, sent two very nice and capable young men to make repairs. Within a span of a few hours, all work was professionally done, and they even cleaned up after themselves. It's not often you hear people talk about integrity, and doing the right thing by charging a pair price while they provide great service. You will if you hire Mr. Mitchell & crew. He is the needle in the haystack.

The company sent a text to confirm appointment and sent a picture of technician named Richard Wenzlaff. The technician quickly accessed the situation . Then gave me three options to correct plumbing issues so that I could decide the best option for my situation. The technician assured me that they had their own people to complete the entire job from start to finish, which was the option I chose .This comes with a 2 year warranty. The pricing was fair for the work done with warranty. The technician that came out to do tile work was very knowledgeable of how to complete tile repair properly and to our satisfaction. His name was John Olivares. If I need any plumbing repairs in the future, I would not hesitate to call Will's All Pro and request these technicians again. Today is a Friday so tile work is to set and cure over weekend. The plumbing technician will call next week to set appointment to install all hardware to complete the job. My review for Gill Plumbing Services is long overdue.Simply put Gill's, when i shopped around (I even have personal friends who are plumbers), was the most reasonably priced I could find this side of The Mississippi.My water pressure was too high. I needed work done on the incoming water line from the street and near the water heater I needed a tank installed.I am 100% satisfied, and close to 6 months later after a full remodel all is well.His work, as well as the gentleman who accompanied him, was professional, quick, and above all affordable.The next time anything plumbing related comes up I know who I'll call.

We've called Big City multiple times over the years to fix leaks, and each time they've been awesome - they've arrived in a timely manner and have been very professional and knowledgeable.In our latest experience, we had some work done by a different plumber that failed repeatedly to properly install a fitting underground to fix a leak and wasted tons of money and time with them. After that frustrating experience, we opted to call Big City to try and fix their mess. They came out and put a proper installation on our pipe and gave us a great warranty on their work. When we discovered that there was a new tiny leak with their repair, they quickly came out and fixed it again and did not charge for the 2nd fix and gave us a brand new warranty on the 2nd repair, without any hassle.I'll never call anyone but Big City again, they're fantastic to work with. Shoutout to Cris and Luiz for the excellent service!
