After two weeks of not getting hot water in my house because of a previous plumber we got Chavarria’s plumbing to come out. Standing ovation for the tech that came out over 2 days to find out why our unit was shutting down in what’s called a “hard lock out”. Our tech Brian Leeper spent collectively over 9 hours working his tail off to find the issue. He was a total pro, found the issue but had to wait until Monday to get a part. He was courteous and was worried about leaving us without air for a day so he stayed longer just to try a few more things to see if he could get it working without the part. I appreciate the help, work ethic and commitment to customer service. Great work again thank you Brian!

My warranty company scheduled an appointment and they never showed up. Waited 3 hours. Warranty company scheduled someone else. They also take too long to answer phone.

I called this morning and they were here right on time after my work. Frank came in checked my system out and explained what went wrong and gave me a care plan which was so helpful. He was friendly professional knowledgeable and most importantly he FIXED MY AC.It is as good as new. I have another AC company I was using, and needless to say, I now will use Air Today from here on forward.I thought of Air Today because a real estate agent/ friend ANTHONY recommended THIS conpany. for a plumbing’ issue I was having. My go to plumbing company!! We had two issues that needed to be addressed. Brandon came last and gave us the news the PRV needed to be replaced (super low pressure) and then when it did not help the rattle in the pipes he came back no questions asked!!
