Great service! Bryan and Chris came and checked out my water heater. They figured out the problem and fixed it within an hour. They were really professional and really helpful, I definitely recommend!

Joshua came out to fix a leaking outdoor tap. He is TERRIFIC!!!! Being older, he was very patient with me, teaching me the correct way to turn off the outdoor tap. He is very professional and honest. I recommended any senior to request Joshua if possible. I can't thank him enough for the help.

This company goes above and beyond. They came and fixed our leak with no issues. Answered all of our questions and came back when we needed them. I would highly recommend!!!

They work closely with the home warranty companies (AHS in this case). Typical covered damages are diagnosed as “normal wear” or “unique” faults that exclude them from coverage. Newly installed fixture breaks and gets labeled “normal wear”. Greased palms by AHS and other slimeball companies designed to never pay out. $500 for chewing gum temp solution and no follow up. Keep looking if you have an emergency.

i paid 4m to fix leak, now almost a month later,leak reappeared. called and they said they would send plumber at 3pm, it's already 4pm and no one showed, no answer, no response to texts, and no follow up. totally unacceptable will not deal with again!!! water still leaking! totally unreliable and waste of money. stay away from 4M, you've been warned.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Alamo Plumbing! I would recommend them to my friends and family! There staff is knowledgeable, and they came the same day! To pricey for the little work completed. Wrong information told to my home warranty company so they wouldn't pay for it. Will not call this company for any plumbing issues again. Ryan and Travis analyzed the situation and worked with their support staff to installed a new AC system that meets code, will be easier to access for maintenance and will save me money. He found the leak (pool auto fill, again) and came up with a solid “bandaid” solution until we can get the pool company out for a repair. The final bill was a pleasant surprise and well worth it. It was easy to book an appointment for the next day. The problem is that if you have a water leak is hard to wait and that is just to get a quote. I did not like the service because the guy didn't provide no choice His choice was $1,250 for each bathroom,because they provided the equipment and to be able to insurance for one year I need to buy from them.That is understandable but I only want my shower cartridge replace and I had the part.So this company did not workout.The other companies gave me the same quote for $1250 but they where willing to replace my Home Depot cartridge to stop my bathroom leaking.I paid $I75.I was very thankful they could help me and I will always call them.If I pay $1250 is going to go to them.Overall I did not like the experience I did not like how he was mocking the type of faucet I had and that he didn't provide no choices.

I installed a water heater, unfortunately, when i went to plug it into the outlet the power went out. So I left it alone and told my wife to call a plumber for the following day. The plumbers (1st Call plumbinh) she called told her a new water heater would be needed because the one i installed would not work. My wife said the plumbers did not look at the heater and quoted her $3200 for installment of a new water heater and some other repairs. We felt they were trying to take advantage of the situation.So i contacted Anchor Plumbing via FB and immediately responded. They went the following day and said the wiring was not tight enough and caused the power outage. They fixed the wiring and installed a thermal expansiontank and pressure valve st a readonable price. Felt like they were honest and they did a great job. Thank you.
