Tony was a godsend! I went back and forth with my landlord before finally making the call myself to find a plumber. I chose American Auger based on its proximity to my house. I made the call on a Friday after 4pm just hoping against hope I could get someone out when my sewer system started backing up into my tubs and shower. He told me he could be here in an hour. He showed up within the given time and was able to clear my clog quickly, ensuring my children and I would have working plumbing before the weekend. I give a million thanks and would use them again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend this company!

Thomas did a great job he fixed my broken water main line i had called another company they wanted to charge more i guess just to look at it lolHe replaced the T and main line pipe also put in a compression line. Thank you for hiring honest ppl like him he knows what hes doing and doesnt play around like other companies that want to charge an arm or leg.

Today I had to use the services of Rockstar Plumbing and Mr. David Gonzalez came to my house to fix a leak in my yard. He was prompt, professional, told me where the leak was, showed me how he was going to fix it and with what and fixed it. He was very reasonable, reliable. The courteousness he showed when entering my house was very nice he put his booties on so my carpet would not get dirty. He clean up the yard nicely before he even told me he was finished. I do not have clumps of mud all the way to my door. Upon fixing the leak in the yard he came inside and made sure all the lines where clean and clear to the house. I would highly recommend anyone needing a plumber to call Rockstar Plumbing.

Came to Premier Plumbing for a second opinion and it was the best decision I’ve made as a new homeowner. Ruben was extremely polite and knowledgeable. Fernando was very knowledgeable and so helpful to us in a very stressful time while our home was leaking. He was very professional and kind. Jessica who made the appointment was prompt and very personable on the phone. In a world where I feel customer service is falling by the wayside ambition definitely made us feel like we were important and they went above and beyond to help us fix the problem!!

I needed plumbing repair on my new tub which was not holding water as well as my water heater. A & M Plumbing was assigned to my service request through American Home Shield and was not able to repair either item. I was subsequently told by Marc the technician that I would need to pay $1,200 for a new regulator due to water pressure. In addition, I was told that I needed some kind of part to keep the drain from draining once closed when filling the tub.I went back and forth with A & M Plumbing multiple times and requested that they submit the work order to American Home Shield correctly identifying the problem so that these parts and a new water heater would be covered since this one is 19 years old. Now, not only did they not fix the problem but there is also a leak that was somehow created under the tub within the exposed PVC with water now trickling out between the tub and wall. So, now not only is the water heater not working correctly and the tub not holding water, but now I also have a leak from PVC pipe that was created by the technician when they were here. I don't know who is worse; A & M Plumbing or American Home Shield.

Cleaned out drain with an industrial snake and put pipes back together underneath the sink.
