I had a major plumbing issue happen in the evening that I could not handle. I had been referred to RBP through a family member, so I texted Mr. Mitchell in the evening & he promptly responded. We setup an appointment for the next morning. He was early & very professional. He worked hard to fix my plumbing issue & even gave me advice on how to prevent further backups in the future. Definitely recommend!

Best experience ever! Tom was on time and very professional! Firstly, he handed me a Sadie toy and a flashlight as gifts! He was very knowledgeable and helpful! He did a fantastic job, he performed a cooling maintenance and made my outdoor unit look brand new! I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Our plumbing was leaking in the attic. We called CMC Plumbing on a Sunday morning. The lady I spoke with was very helpful and courteous and told me that Matthew would be there in 1 - 2 hours. Matthew arrived on time and within an hour he had repaired the leak and also had checked all of the rest of the plumbing in the attic to make sure there were no other issues. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He was also very polite. The price was fair. I was very impressed by the service from beginning to the end. CMC is first rate and I will not hesitate to use them again!

Just a few words to say now pleased I was with the work that was done by the crew of Premier Plumbing. I needed new sewer lines and they were prompt, professional and fine in their pricing and they did a great job. I never felt that I was being gouged or taken advantage of in any way... Everyone I encountered from the first phone call (Marisol)to David and Angel were very polite, punctual and helpful. Had to have my sewer line completely replaced. They kept me informed throughout the whole project and answered any and all questions that I had David went out of his way and lined some of my fence line with rocks and covered them with dirt so now my dog can't get out. Thank you!. I will definitely use them again if need be.

I had an issue with a service provided a few weeks ago at the home I am renting. I called to discuss the problem with the manager, Mr. Barerra, and found him very polite and receptive. The technician was at fault for the plumbing issue not being solved and I was given a refund for the services.Good business practices and honest policies. I would definitely call them in the future just knowing they aren't trying to get one over on anyone, just doing honest work.

I had a leak on the copper pipe of my water heater so I called to make an appointment and I spoke to Fernando and he said Nathan would call me in a few minutes so Nathan did call back within 10 minutes and he told me he would be at my house in 45 minutes and sure enough he arrived at my home within those 45 minutes Nathan was awesome he told me how long it was going to be and a rough estimate I told him that was fine and he got to work and fix the leak and he didn’t charge me an arm and leg and mind you it was a Sunday I will definitely be giving them a call again

This is the second time in 1 month that I needed Roto Rooter's emergency water restoration services. As last time, the assessor arrived within 10 minutes, the technicians 30 minutes, and the plumber was later, but exactly at the promised time. Antonio and his coworker promptly went to work moving furniture, removing ceiling insulation, wall insulation, and setting up fans and dehumidifiers. They worked tirelessly for 3.5 hours. They offered options for demolition, explaining all the pros and cons of each option. They listened to my priorities and helped me make decisions. I could not have been more pleased with their service once again.

BEST!!!! Look no further ! During the winter storm Feb 2021, our main pipe to house busted - David found the leak quickly - determined best way to fix it, and we had water fast! Checked our water heater, checked our water softener and made sure our pressure was set correctly - professional, fast, guaranteed, and determined only what was needed, answered our questions and concerns. Their estimates are pretty much a smoke show. I was quoted a little over $6400 for a water heater and softener. When I called to schedule I said I wanted to do the softener first because the hard water build up can damage a water heater, and I was told that they would install the heater first so they could plan the best location for the water softener. They ended up charging me $7000 just for the water heater because the plumber they sent out to do the estimate didn't ask how many AC units I had, and then they charged me for it despite assurances the whole project would be charged to my card at once, and sent me an estimate for an additional $10,000 to finish the project.

These guys are the best. They are very knowledgeable and explain everything and use quality products. They fix previous plumbers mistakes and get it up to code. I am very pleased.
