I highly recommend Red Brass Plumbing. They are licensed, honest and reliable. I had a leak on my water main and they came out within an hour on a Saturday morning. I was asked to review my experience with the Road Runner employees who performed a job for which I requested the need.I'd like to first say that Road Runner Plumbing is very reputable, competitive, prompt, engaging and family owned and operated. This says a lot about their success and continuing growth.Frank Rochas and his colleague showed up promptly and introduced very professionally. As expected from knowledgeable professionals, they completed formal introductions and proceeded into: (1) the need to know where the issue was, (2) the evaluation of the specific plumbing layout of the home and (3) a prediagnosis of the solution.Per Company policies and procedures, Frank performed exemplary and proceeded to give their best to solve our issue. Although the task was difficult, Frank and his colleague remained professional, cordial and communicative. It was a good experience and Road Runner deserves accolades for traits that propel a company to greater accomplished and deserved recognition.A final word about the owners, if I may. Chris and Kathy Copeland are genuine people and are very responsive to their customers. I had only one complaint and they did the unexpected and completely made my experience a gem of a memory and they deserve the highest praises that Company Owners can achieve. Chris and Gilbert showed up to take a look at an issue that I was having and were able to show up about an hour and a half earlier than the scheduled time which was fantastic. They were able to identify the issue along with the corrective actions and even took a look at the other toilets in the house to make sure there were no other issues that could happen. The total job was finished within half and hour and they cleaned up after themselves and were on their way. They were extremely polite and professional and I would highly recommend them to any friends and family in the future.

Shout out to David Wuertenberg of People's Choice Plumbing! My water heater had a leak that I discovered late Thursday afternoon. After I called, he showed up early the next day to determine the cause so I could decide on a fix. Unfortunately, the leak was from the interior and as luck would have it I needed a new one. Nevertheless, he was able to get it replaced the same day in just a few hours. He told me what was the cause and how to avoid it in the future with some do it yourself maintenance. Days later he called to ensure that there were no leaks and that it was working as expected.I was very satisfied with the results.I've dealt with some of the big name plumbers that advertise on TV and radio and I will tell you that their goal is to sell you something you don't need or fix something that doesn't need repairing. I know this from experience and from knowing others who are in the plumbing & HVAC business. They are only interested in peddling their wares and services and convincing you that you need them--far from being honest or ethical.If you have plumbing issues, give Dave a call. He was prompt, honest, and professional. And I'm sure it'll save you some money.

The tech that came out was much earlier than we were told but since it was to fix our AC, I was overjoyed. His name was William and he got it going again, explained what he was doing and answered our questions completely. He was great!

I reached out to SAP on a Sunday expecting to hear some sort of additional fee for coming out on the weekend and was surprised to hear there wasn't one. Joseph was my service tech and he did a great job assessing the issue even before any digging had been done. His assessment was spot on and his explanation of what was required and why was clear to both me and my wife. The crew came back in the morning on time, dug up what was needed, and kept me in the know each step of the way. All were polite, neat, and did their best to limit any major mess in my driveway and sidewalk. Joseph even found a cheaper option once the plumbing was dug up and saved me some money. SAP proved to be honest and look out for their customers! I will recommend them to anyone who asks me if I know a plumber.
