I had a major plumbing issue happen in the evening that I could not handle. I had been referred to RBP through a family member, so I texted Mr. Mitchell in the evening & he promptly responded. We setup an appointment for the next morning. He was early & very professional. He worked hard to fix my plumbing issue & even gave me advice on how to prevent further backups in the future. Experts, fast, and timely. I’m very happy with their service. They quickly solved issues that another plumber claimed would require taking down a wall; the faucet needed to be replaced because of a bad cartridge, taking down the wall wasn’t necessary.

I can not say enough great things about City Base Plumbing!We met them by chance when our Rheem Electric Water Heater had a recall on it and they were the company licensed to have the recall fixed for free, and i am so glad we met them!Marisol is always a pleasure to speak with in the office! The team, Rudy and Angel, worked so quick and efficiently. I had initially one toilet that I bought installed by them, best price for the warranty on labor and craftsmanship after calling several places for quotes. Then we loved it so much we asked questions about what was needed for our guest bathroom toilet, they helped with this and I purchased a second toilet to have them come back at a later date to install that one as well.They also educated us on our water pressure, what it means, what it can do if too high or too low, and gave us quotes for their services offerred to fix ours which was reading well above what it should have been per SAWS site as well. There was no pressure to do this, they just simply educated us on what it was, the issues that could come down the road, why water pressure changes, etc, then left us with not one but 4 different options should we decide to get it fixed!We appreciated the knowledge and thoroughness so much that my husband and I decided to have them correct our water pressure issue as well, and so glad we did! I can not stress enough the value you get for your money as well as the impeccable service they provide. I WON'T USE ANYONE ELSE, they are my go to for my plumbing needs and recommend them always!

My water heater started to leak and I thought I would need a new one. AHS assigned A&M Plumbing to the job. I was pleasantly surprised when they said it was a simple fix. There was a leak in the drain valve as it was faulty. They are honest, courteous, and reliable. They had to order the part and they were out 2 days later once the part arrived. I will use them again for additional plumbing needs.
